RedRT
hah, gret pic man... i was thinking of going army reserves when my marine time is up... theres a 60 squadron back home about an hour away. being a current 46 crew chief... you know anything about lat moves?.. i know i wouldnt have to go to army boot, but you think they'd teach me OJT style.. or send me to school? ive gathered from talkin to a few people that the army doesnt make crew chiefs off the bat... first theyre mechanics, and eventually get to fly. im hoping i can squeeze past that with my experiance. i love to fly. pete
ledfootss
i dont know any thing about lat moves but good luck with that. the army does do it that way mech then cheif but with your experiance you should be ok. you could always go to a 47 unit if one is close. there is still a big difference in aircraft. and i also love to fly i am still doing it as a civ. RedRT
ya, theres a whole lot of differences between platforms.. but once ya learn one rotary wing plane from scratch... should be easy to pick up another.
