I took some time and threw some polish on it to see if I could make it shine a little better. It does but not much better. sswolfpac, it does sound like you do have a bad battery. There is a phone number on the bottom to call for problems. Chevygal, they do come in red. These things are pretty nice. Although the cat does not like being chased around by it.
