MP5GUY
I just got new tires and my others had 70,000 on them and the centers where getting bad as where the sides. I ran high pressure in them praying for MPG. When I talked to the tire dealer he said run whats on the door. (I got yoko avid SUV) I just couldn't run the stocks safely through this winter. I thought that was real high mileage for stockers. At about 50,000 I aired them up from factory to the 44psi max

dcairns
have you guys heard of nitrogen for the tires a local shop told me i should try it out <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Pure nitrogen is too expensive. I use 78% pure nitrogen, it is a lot cheaper and works great.
aweSSome
whats nitro do? same as air? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Less PSI change as the tire heats up and no moisture inside....
BlkSilvySS
Molecule's are bigger in Nitrogen as well, therefore less of a chance of a leak over time. Nitrogen as well compress' at a different rate than normal shop air. Also altering ride. As well as nitrogen is not combustible...
