Rausche
I am meeting up w/ kjt13 (Keith) at the rest area just before exit 7 (Ludlow) at 7:30-7:45. Would you like to meet up w/ us? Shaun, any idea how long it will take us from Ludlow to the meeting spot? I am thinking around 1hr to 1hr 15 min. I should be able to do that... It's 3 hours away from me (prolly 2.25 hours the way I drive...)... Looks like I'm leaving at 4am-ish!!!
Stitches040
Shaun, any idea how long it will take us from Ludlow to the meeting spot? I am thinking around 1hr to 1hr 15 min. Should only be about 50 mins ... give or take 5 mins, from Ludlow to the Meeting Spot. You will also pass the Blandford Rests Area ... about 10 miles west of Exit 3. You may want to swing in there too, to see if there are any stragglers ... Then just continue west until you hit the Mass/NY line, then it's the firstexit in NY, exit B3. Head north on 22 ... Drive safe, call me if you need anything .... Edited September 20, 2007 by Stitches040 (see edit history)

agreif
Yeah, with my 72" long driveshaft I'm not sure I'm gonna run, already had that grenade on my while on the dyno, taking out my tranny. But that's a story for when I meet all you guys.
Krambo
Well gee Hank and Kevin I feel the love! Forgetting about me, pfft! lol ;) Kevin you are driving through parsippany? Parsippany is like 2 min from me. Anyways...I am so excited about this weekend. Gonne be a grand ol' time. Sorry Ash,...Looks like I will be doing my best to be at the meeting spot around 0530 - 0600 as Mark had indicated he will be doing the same. I am not too sure how far the meeting spot is from Parsippany,...I am figuring like 1/2 hour or so (especially with the light Sat morning traffic) so I guess I will be through Parsippany around 0500 - 0515. (god I have to get up early ) I have alot of phone #'s in case something should happen (Hank, Mark, Dan). Yeah, with my 72" long driveshaft I'm not sure I'm gonna run, already had that grenade on my while on the dyno, taking out my tranny. But that's a story for when I meet all you guys. I think I have more to worry about I will be taking it easy but something comes over me when I get to the track... Dyno's are notorious for causing D-shaft failures because of the speed. Depending your gears, 150MPH is common on the dyno which isn't too friendly on a long shaft. I took mine up to 155 several times on the dyno,...however, I doubt you will see those speeds at the track.
