Diamondss
I have 2 of them, both 2003s, both black awd SS trucks. The one I have had the longest and on the road has about 145 000 miles (240000km) and the other truck needs some body attention but runs great and has around 165 000 miles (265 000km). My original SS with 240 000km I bought when I was 20 and just thrashed on it constantly. It has the original driveline and other than brakes and oil changes the truck is untouched. Not sure on the other truck but it runs great

Revenoor
2003 with about 153,000+/- now. No wreck, no bondo. Bought new, daily driver, still stock except for wheels (stolen) and radio (broken). IIRC, alternator, brakes, brake lines, throttle body, wiper motor and one side mirror heater failure.Just changed plugs and wires this month (for the first time). Driver's seat bolster / arm rest was getting a little crushed so I had new leather and carpet installed early this year. New Bilstein shocks installed this week. About 14-15 mpg in town, 17 highway under 65 mph and 14.3 mpg over 65. After all this time I am considering, maybe, perhaps selling to get a new ride. In S. Texas the inter web estimates about $13k for it. Edited October 14, 2016 by Revenoor (see edit history)
