mtb-rick
I was wondering if anyone has a good understanding of the traction control on the SS? While I can appreciate the AWD I don't think it needs traction control. Does it restrict torque to keep tires from slipping? I'm pretty ignorite of the this system. Can traction control be disabled without losing AWD?

ctrow
The SS doesn't have traction control, it's just we don't have enough power to spin 4-78lb wheels/tires. I've only been able to do it twice but right after it rains on a slick asphalt road gun it from a stop. Sometimes it spins, most of the time it won't though unless you have a power adder. With a few power mod's, no problem breaking the tires loose on dry pavement....

mtb-rick
How did you change the programing? Is it part of a custom programing for other performance enhancements?
