That is most likely what I am going to do, however one of the caps has the chrome bubbling up any ideas on what i can do with that if i cannot get new caps?

I will post some pics later this week, the truck is in the shop currently, as I hit a deer a couple of weeks ago but supposed to be out Wednesday. the cap is not hitting the lugs it is just a small center piece of the rim maybe 2" in diameter. Need a little assistance maybe you guys will have some ideas. I recently purchased some 22" chrome ride tec rims, from what i can tell the company is no longer in existence. I have 2 seperate issues the first is that one of the center caps chrome is bubbling up right now, and the second issue would be that the center caps do not fit on my front hubs. The caps prongs are too long and hit the wheel bearing caps. Anyone have an idea on where i could pick up 2 different center caps? or ideas how to make the ones i have work. Thanks

I am looking to buy some 22's for my truck, stock ride height. Both sets I am looking at are 285/45/22, will i have any fitment issues with this size? Also one set are ridetec rims, cannot find alot on the internet about them any one have these? Thanks for the help

I have my 6 disc out of my SS and was going to put it into my brothers Silverado, he does not have bose will this work? i know i will have to have the dealer unlock it but besides that will it still function properly?

I got a Kewood DNX5140 headunit for xmas.........I had it installed today at a local audio shop and a couple problems i am having is the ipod hooks up is read and everything it says it is playing but NO sound?? 2nd prob is there is like a high pitched whistle that will increase as throttle increases......anyone ever have any of these problems just looking for some info before i take it back in tomorrow. I have these on my truck and have not been impressed with them, I am actually getting the Toyo proxes put on Monday. I think i have like 25,000 on these proxes and they are shot. I did rotate every other oil change so it has to be the tires i also had an alignment done when they were put on? As for them in the snow they definately were not the greatest

can you take one of the side of the truck and the front and rear backed away from the truck just to get a feel for how they look from the side .....do you feel they are a little to meaty for the truck? Thanks alot

I am getting some new tires and I am deciding between the cooper LTZ's or Toyo Proxes II. Has anyone seen or had the coopers or toyos on their truck. Do you guys think the LTZ's would look funny on an SS, or are there any other tires anyone recommends, keep in mind i live in WI so they will need to be good in snow. Thanks

My little brother is trying out those guillotines in a week when his season opens, he is having a friend tape it too so if he gets one ill post a pic. My older bro got one with his truck last week took his mirror off, these things are all over in WI.

Ok so a friend of mine has done a bunch of trucks so i had him tune mine. He put a quick on on there for now and said he needs to work on it a bit for me. So what I am wondering is what shift points should be because it seems to be shifting really high out of second into third. Besides that he just increased the timing of the truck. The truck is stock besides a K&N intake and a magnaflow muffler. Is there anything else i should be making sure he does on the tune? I just want to make sure he is doing stuff right, he is using EFI live as the tuner too.
