No but if the stick was screwed wouldn't my wipers not work? everything else works, the snow may be a culprit it has been in the snow for like the last 2 weeks just washed it today and let it sit in a heated garage for awhile so ill see if that helped at all

Ok but i dont have any led lights on my truck I put on some HID's and put in subs thats all i have done fro electronics. Everything worked fine after both of those installs, so any idea why mine is doing this, and it just happened all of a sudden.

wonder if an fire/ice bar would increase the load enuf to get it to work all the time .....just pisses me off not having cruise

So my cruise just stopped working I can see the light dimly come on and flicker for a second then goes out, anyone have an idea whats going on??

Yeah wish I woulda known bout that sooner I would have brought my truck to get tuned and the remote start installed. I wouldnt be able to get it from her for the weekend and drive there its a little over 4 hrs so. I am just gonna say screw them I hate those guys anyways and do it myself with a friend who has done a bunch. THe only thing he needs to know is what is the T harness that I will need for her tahoe it is an 05 with bose and onstar.

OK went to the local audio shop pretty much the only one that would install these in Stevens Point. They want 275 for an 800 ft range remote start that doesnt integrate the keyless entry, or 395 for it installed with one fab that will integrate keyless entry and remote start. Both of those are one way remotes, for a two way it was like 590, and all compustar brand or something like that. Is this way overpriced ??

yeah this is probably what is wrong with mine, it is also just the passenger side, would a glass place do this for someone ??

OI dont know what that means, yeah my moms wont matter what I get her I am probabaly just going to get the remote start, she only drives like a cpl hundred miles a month, but her tahoe is the decked out version with the bose and whole works so it would be very similar to the SS I am assuming. I am looking for one that may double up as an alarm, I have seen vipers on ebay for like 225 but on the viper site they are 500 so just seems too good.

Yeah that looks like it will work pretty slick......I ordered the longer extensions, so I think I am going to put those in as well as the foam. Thanks for the pics helps alot.

So how often should you wax your truck, because I was doing it like at least every 2 weeks during the summer months and probably at least once a month in the winter. So by the sounds of it I can see why I have wax build up if I am doing it way too often.

so should i use dish soap everytime I wax the truck >????.................so do most of you guys apply by hand and then remove with machine or do you just use all hand whats the best way ??

Yeah I use meguiars wash too I thought you are never supposed to wash a vehicle with dish soap. I typically do the whole truck applying the wax and then go back and remove it right away. I thought I was not letting it set up enough so I waited longer and it had the same results. The truck is cool and is in the shade so shouldnt be hot and last time i waxed it it was nighttime so there was no sun and I had not driven it. I apply it with a buffer so it should be pretty uniform and thin.

When I wax my truck I keep getting a haze especially on the hood and now it has started all overt I am using a orbital buffer and I use the meguiars tech wax, and I have used the 3m performance finish wax same results from both. Any tips ??

I am in 2 leagues and in both I drafted 6th and took brady both times..........but i do have Turner in both leagues too.
