I know- Ill get some better pics when I wash it, Im going on a road trip this weekend so they get the real test!!!

It took me forever to figure out how to make my own backgrounds and burn them to a disc to be able to load them onto my D3, so I figured Id help everybody out who has one. First of all you have to get a flickr account, then upload whatever pics you want to use. It doesnt matter what size- that comes next. When you get your pics uploaded click on one and right above it there is a little thing you can click on that says "edit photo", and it will take you to a editing program and you can crop and resize it. You can do other stuff to it too but all that matters is that the image size is 500x240 when youre done. Then save it to a folder on your desktop named "PICTURES", it has to be in all caps too. Do that to up to 20, then you can see how they look on your screen in your truck later and choose which ones are best. Heres a link to a page that tells you how to burn them to a disc, you have to download a program, it tells you everything it was really easy. Heres one that I did- before: after:

I got mine back in, they look great. I just need to do something about the upper grilles now cause they arent as shiny. Heres a crappy pic cause it was pretty dark when I took it

I sent my 3 lower billet grilles to him and they came out wonderfully. I didnt expect them to look this perfect since they were just a cheap set from ebay, made with crappy metal. Anyway they came out great and he got them back to me waaaay faster than I thought it would take to powdercoat something... I had spray painted them black and it was chipping off so he had to sandblast them too. When I was unwrapping them I hit one with the scissors and it didnt even make a mark on it. If you need yours powdercoated dont hesitate just shoot him a PM, hes great to deal with. Heres some before and after pics, they look even better in person, they are absolutely flawless. I got these slotted and "drilled" rotors when I did my front brakes. They arent really drilled, its just dimples, which is better imo cause I dont want them to crack... I only got these cause they were about the same as GM rotors and they look better. I doubt there is much more, if any, braking performance with em- but they did save my ass today cause I almost rear ended someone.

I saw that too, I PMd him to see if both of the deals went through cause I would have bought either one- or both. It sounds to me like youre getting scammed, I would get the cops or your bank or CC company involved asap. Ive been ripped off for 1K on a turbo kit on ebay cause I waited too long. Its already been too long, if I were you I would be doing something about it already. Good luck

I got my 03 from my dealership for 18.5, and it had 63K miles on it. I would say about $18K or less for that

I saw that thing on future weapons or something its nuts. They had 2 mounted on top of a hummer and they had a video camera and remote firing. Why would anyone need that though?

I dropped it with spindles up front and shackles and hangers in the back, and belltech shocks all around. I had to lower the front more with the torsion keys to get it level. It came out to about a 3"/4" drop. Yeah I know I need to get rid of those swirl marks, I keep using the auto car wash at work like twice a week and I know thats bad. Once I get it wetsanded and buffed its hand wash only from then on

I took out my cats today and put in flex pipe sections and its waaaaay too loud. I knew it would be louder but it sounds like it did when I had no muffler, its sick. I guess I gotta get used to it though cause my new pcm is tuned for no cats

I put these hella fogs in last week and I just now had time to get some pics of em. The headlights are 8000K. I like how they look... I just got my camera for christmas so I need to read the manual before I can get some better pics out of it. the lower grilles are off to get powdercoated

I sent my grilles off to get powdercoated this week, and I just got my brake vents blacked out too. Ill post pics when everythings in!

You have to take the top of the dash off to get to it. Its easy though. Pop off the front plastic peice around the radio and cluster, then take off all the little 8mm screws you see there, then take off the fuse box cover and the other one on the pass. side and take out the 2 phillips head screws. Then pop out the air vents on the pass. side and you can look in there and see 2 little white tabs- they hold in the o-shit handle so push them in and work it side to side til it comes out. Then take off the A-pillars, one clip at the top, and unplug the tweeters then you can pop the top dash off. To test the sensor use a multimeter, it has a +5v reference, and if you unplug it the lights should be on

wow thats ridiculous, all you do to test the transmitter is wave it over a little tester and press each button
