The question isn't about being to high. Shit if it would hold up against a FLT or Rossler I would be all over it. What about a warranty? How can you be sure that this trans will hold up in a other persons SS. Are you going to put a HP limit on it. $1000.00 is alot of money these days to throw around and something go bad. You may have to come up with some type of insurance for the person that buys it, so the buyer doesn't lose his ass. So if something goes wrong, What are you going to do about it?

The Titan has the dual in/out like the one people on here have bought and mine has 2 straight thru mufflers on it. Also this guy had a flowmaster on his Titan before the flowmonster and even he could tell a big difference in his trucks performance. When he left after the install we had him to drop the pedal. He left burning the piss out the back tires. Calls me back minutes later and told me his truck has never ran like that. Very pleased. Also no drown in the cab with this muffler.

My motor is stock. No charger, turbo no nothing. The flowmaster killed my performance. Just like Z88 SD. I use to be a flowmaster man, but that was the past and now I have Flowmonsters. Love the performance and sound. Think of a flowmaster as a maze, it's chambered. Now your exhaust has to fight to get thru it. If you were in a race against time and you were given 2 choices of running thru a maze or thru a straight shot which one would you choose.

If you think the fans are good and your connections are good and your mind is set on a bad harness then you need to PM Mr.P (Steve) and get him to build you one. I wouldn't sell my fans because of a bad harness. If you have a bad ground this will cause the harness to melt to. Contact Mr.P and get him to build you one.

There not high. You can get the 145 or 160 at napa not sure of price. I'm going with the 250 amp on ebay for about 230.00. I need my amperage anyways because of my sterio system.

Electrical is funny. It could be something like a bad ground. He said when the fans are running the voltage went down to 12v. That's hard on the entire electrical system.

I really think the guy has a voltage problem and not a harness problem. He needs to find out what alternator he has. It will tell the amperage on the alternator. So we will wait and see what his response is. Don't hang yourself just yet. LOL

You are correct on the alt. I'm going to be doing fans to so I checked the alt on my 04 and it has a 105 amp alt. Like I said not having a good voltage is just as bad as a short. Your fans need a good clean voltage which sounds like it's not getting.

Well if your wires are melting then your pulling to many amps (load) across the wire. Could have a fan going bad, short in the wiring etc. If your volts was starting to drop below 12 then something is dragging it down fast. What size alternator do you have? If you do not have enough volts to run the fans that is just as bad as a short. Did they all burn up or just a certain wire. The 2 wires to the pcm (high / low) is just a ground not 12v. I sure its going to be a fan wire. Not sure what the amps are on the fans but you could find which one is doing it by using a fuse, breaker or amp meter.
