Just curious and excited at the same time, When will these ship to us?

No disrespect but with 1 post I am not too comfortable doing such an expensive trade... Plus I don't know which stage 1 kit you have( truckmount, pro, snowmobile, deluxe) or what hp injector nozzle you have either... And what are your reasons for selling a new in the box meth kit? If you really do want to make a trade and it is legit we can definatly work something out. But I may need a good faith paypal 1/2 payment for the bumper first and once we both receive our items I will refund you the money back via paypal. Just PM me if you still want to work it out...

They probably had some beef prior and the chevy kid pissed him off so much he made him look like a fool... I'd bet on a cummins anyday but not to say a duramax is bad. I love chevy but the cummins is a bad ass engine but the tranny is weak... Only if it had the alison transmission.... If it was truely a diesel vs a gaser then obviously the diesel would win.... Unless the Chevy had a tuned up 8.1 496 big block vs a stock untuned cummins then their may be a chance....

I've thought about it alot too but came to the conclusion of keeping it.. I treat the SSS as a rare sports car and don't even think of it as a truck anyways. So in essense its like I have a corvette or other similar sports car but its a truck.... To compensate for those issues I bought a 2001 silverado 2500HD with the 8.1L and the allison transmission for 7K and those problems went away... Only cons is the gas milage but it it gets 12-15mph whether I am pulling a house or nothing at all. I have gotten rid of a lot of things in the past that I regreted but I have seen thick and thin with my SSS. It used to be my DD when i first bought it and since moved back to MN it has had its well deserved retirment and always garage kept. If you love your truck you will regret it and everytime you see an SSS you will almost shed a tear and tell stories to your children and grandchildren that you once had the badest of the bad trucks ever built and it will only be a story rather than opening an old storage shed at 75 years old and seeing a dusty cover and prestine hot rod of a truck to show your family. lol long but I hope it gets the point across at least thats how I feal about my truck. But then again my truck will be a 10 second truck one day and only for shows and playing on nice sunny days 5 months out of the year.

I may have one for you... I have A BSER roll pan that I purchased this fall and havn't put it on yet.... The truck is in storage now so it may be a task to get too... I would have to shovel snow just to open my garage doors and have room to work.... When do you plan on buying a complete bumper and what are you thinking for price.. It is black BTW. I may be willing to trade for other aftermarket parts too if you have anything. Im looking for 90mm TB, 90mm j-tube for radix, 100mm idler pulleys, meth kits, 2/2 drop kit shackles/spindles. etc...

Good choice All pink may have been a bit too much. I have seen mustangs and other sports cars and trucks solid pink and they were more of an eye sore.... But I love the way you accented the truck with pink the way it is now... Awesome chick truck and good choice with the SSS.

This kinda happened to me too but with a late 90's Camaro Z28 and loud exhaust sounded similar to my buddys WS6 with SLP straight pipe exhaust. I was leaving my hometown for a cruise and this guy in a Z28 did a ricer flyby on the four lane and then he had to slow down because of a car in front of him and I so happen to be close enough still where he couldn't change lanes and get in front of me... So at about 50mph I see him switch lanes behind me and step on it, he started to close and turned his turn single on to get in the lane next to me and do another flyby. But not this time I said to myself, I Rugged my gas pedal and instantly pulled away from him as he faded in my rear view. I hit about 115 and let off and he eventually passed me as I was slowing down. The look on his face was priceless I bet he never expected a heavy truck to pull on him like that especially at that speed. He even rolled down his window to give me the thumbs up as he pulled in front of me and the four lanes turned to two lanes. On a side note I did race my buddy in his 2002 WS6 and it didn't go so good for him... He was very butt hurt and won't admit defeat... We went from a dig too 100mph and I had him by 3-4 truck lengths in the begining but he realed me in towards the end to about 1.5-2 lengths his excuse is that he couldn't get traction and spun the whole time... i just said well he needs to learn to drive better lol and a win is a win driver error or not. Don't race if you don't have the skills lol....

To each their own..... The one above doesn't look that bad and if it weren't an actual SS but a clone I think it would look cool..... I would never do it to my truck because i don't believe in molesting a street truck.. Same as taking a svt raptor and slamming it to the ground and putting 28's on it.

I don't know what I would do if it were me but they would better hope that the cops find them before I did cause I wouldn't be so nice as to give them three hots and a cot behind bars. They would beg me to turn them in to the police... I hate theives.....

Seafoam it, disconnect the battery, clean it, cover it, and store it where weather won't hit it. I use a steel carport a-frame with sides and two swing out front doors and the floor is lumber mill felt so it doesn't sit directly on grass or dirt. The building cost less than $1500 for a 20'X20'X7' plus I can store my boat or snowmobile trailer in there as well. After all sides and front doors if you do it yourself would only cost about $2100

I had the exact same problem. The tranny seemed to stall to high rpms before shifting into second then third shifted fine. Reverse also would not operate correctly ( but thats what I get for having a cammed up supercharged engine and a stock tranny with servos.). The good thing was I was planning on rebuilding it anyway with a full trans-go reprogramming kit and Torque Converter. I had 90% of my parts saved up and in possesion at the time the stock tranny gave out. So it was as simple as bring the truck to my fathers shop and rip and tear cuss and swear. We found that the clutches burnt up but surprisingly the reaction shell's stock weld held up... We rebuilt it obviously with better clutches bands and a beast reaction shell and other parts to secure longevity and performance. So all in all your tranny is more than likly shot and plan on at least 1000-2000 in parts alone to rebuild and rebuild right. Otherwise have FLT or other reputable tranny shop have one built for ya. Not everyone has the luxery of ASE family members and their business at their will. Still thats a challenge to ask my old man to help me.

According to BSER the last day he will accept late orders is Wednesday the 31st cause he already has the amount of orders he needs to turn a profit and that this will be his last time he will make them until after new years if at all. He won't make them again until he gets at least 4 paid orders but like I said he may not even do that again since it is such a hassle.

I actually as much as I hate to say it, don't mind seeing people destroy the SSS. Since they no longer make them and only a handful are left in low miles and unabused it only makes my truck more valuable and rare. The less out there in usable condition the more collector mine will be in a few years. I love my truck and will never part and sooner than later it will be one of the few and the proud.... Parts on the otherhand will be a beotch. but you gotta pay to play. But god bless and may the few become the prestige.
