They're awsome dogs! my first dog was a shepard, like everyone is saying, make sure you can provide them with an outlet for their energy. also this breed is prone to developing hip problems later on in life, to help this condition, keep the pup from vigorous exersize untill shes over 6mths old. hip problems are caused by the hip sockett growing faster than the leg bone, and the leg bone elongates the sockett causing big problems. i learned that from a shepard breeder. good luck with her bro

i just purchased that complete kit for the nose of the truck. i've seen it in action, and it works great. still waiting to get the truck back, i'm told i should have er back thursday. pics will follow -
i can vouch for andy. i used to work at the dealership he purchased it from in framingham, and i met the agent that traded it in.the truck is fully wired for strobes, although he kept the control module, and the original console was full of holes from having multiple radios and other electronics bolted to it, so it was replaced. i have no idea what the truck was used for though, usually those guys keep a low profile, and theres nothing "low profile" about a long black SS...pretty cool history behind andys truck to say the least

stupid question but, the defroster wasn't on by any chance was it?

i agree. 600 rpm will prob make a noticeable diff, especially when the comp kicks on.

yup. base idle set at 550.

I clean my throttle plate twice a year, it's amazing how fast crap builds up in there. i also run 8oz of lucas fuel system treatment every other fill up, and i've never had any idle issues. 04 SS with 33k...

simone auto body in shrewsbery, the owner is a friend of mine, and they do great work. bill labeau of Airbrush Works is doing the custon stuff. -
So i finally got my butt in gear and dropped my SS off to be painted this a.m. the bumper cover, grille, and leading edge of the hood were pretty rock chipped from its 2 yrs as a daily driver. so i figured i'd have the whole nose painted and while they were there, do some custom airbrush work on the hood. should be done middle of next week and i will post pictures!

Warranty About To Expire. What Should I Have Replaced.....
benjaminh2 replied to Champion201's topic in Off-Topic/General
the dealer usually won't just change parts at your request. if it ain't broke, don't fix it. but if your steering should develop a clunk... you could get the updated steering shaft... -
i must have an old style volant intake, my cover is smaller than that, dammit! that looks awsome, and it makes monitoring filter condition a snap! well done bro

IMO a truck should sound like a truck... go flomaster or go home!
