  1. i think the show goes till sunday, 10 to park, 12 to get in. well worth it imo. i've been there all week, we've got 3 cars on display in the custom car section. the new zr1 vette is there .plenty of eye candy as well.
  2. don't believe so, the 08 has a new style t-case and the bolt pattern is diff where it attaches to the trans.
  3. i'll be there andy. weather permiting of course.
  4. not hard at all. once u've got the awd transfercase, just bolt it in. prob gonna have to rewire the 2 speed sensors on the output shaft of the t-case, but that should be it. the awd models dont have a t-case module as there are no shift comands to process and execute.
  5. its a lower valance off an 05 Tahoe, fits pretty good with minor mods to the valance. here's a pic of mine...
  6. dont sweat it bro, if someones an ****, what they're driving wont change that fact.
  7. easy way to rule out/confirm is the front diff, grab a 13mm wrench and a drain pan, pull the front diff drain plug out. if the carrier bearings are wiped out, the drain plug will have a wad of metal stuck to the magnetic tip and the fluid will be gray and sparkly.pretty common occurance on our trucks, i had to do mine at 18k. however a bad wheel bearing will make a similar noise, just check each front wheel for up and down movement, there should be none.
  8. i reversed mine since i dont have much polished stuff on the truck. def a quality piece of machining
  9. i'm always up for disturbing the peace
  10. the trans only has pwr to it with the key on, or when the engine is running. i'd have to say that its nearly impossible for the two to be related.
  11. you're very welcome mike, its always a pleasure to mod someones vehicle that they take care of and take pride in. i look forward to helping with future mods .
  12. start by checkin fluid level and color. but if the fluid is full and its slipping, the damage has already been done. time to head to a trans shop.
  13. if i had it to do all over again, i wouldn't of posed like a centerfold in front of the banner....wait... yes i would.lol
  14. just wanted to send out a big thank you to shuan, aka, stitches040. we all appreciated the time you spent organizing this event, everyone had a blast, see ya next year!

  20. according to gm's diag, your truck cant set those 3000 codes. sounds like the software you're using may not be reading correctly. know anyone with a tech2?
