  1. His prices tho ....!!

Yeah, they are a little high, but Brandon says he has around $1500.00 in his and mine cost $1855.00 shipped - $150.00 less if you don't go with the e85 fuel lines

  2. Hot damn... must've missed it.. thanks, is that a direct replacement for our trucks?... or universal kit?...

It's a complete custom made fuel system made specifically for your ride. You do have to send him your fuel bucket so he can mod it, but other than that, he supplies everything else. My single Walbro 255 was maxed out at 11psi or I know I would have ran high 11's last fall.

    Here's his website http://www.lonniesperformance.com/truckfuelsystems.htm

  3. Okay sweet.. thanks a lot man... did you run all new lines too??.. or does stock hold the e85?....

All new lines - if you scroll back a page or two, I posted pics. They're braided stainless steel made especially for the e85

  4. Where did you purchase all your E85 conversion stuff.... im kinda interested in doing the swap when the new motor gets built... maybe lol

The FF Sensor I bought off Amazon (12570260), but you'll also need a 3 pin F connector (12146121) and it'll obviously need to be wired to the ECM which would require one ECM pin connector too (stealership)

  5. Although my cam was spec'd for the TFS 235's, it seems to run pretty good with the 317's so I'll just have to wait and see how she runs at the track this spring. At some point I have to stop spending money on the truck remodel and finish up my house remodel! It just sucks working on someone else's house all day and then come home to work on my own :freak:

Wilwoods and trans are supposed to ship next week

  6. Can I Get an RB?? :) :) Randy=RB. Haha got ya

    lol

Hey Randy, What made you decide to go with the 2300 over a Procharger? Especially when they are so close to you..

I actually was going to buy a Procharger first - that's how I found out their complex was right down the street from me. If I remember correctly, I started a thread where I asked what mods I should do with a certain amount of $ and a lot of the guys who responded really liked the Maggie because of the low end torque and sound. I then did a little research between the two, found out that Chevy uses the Magnacharger, then decided on the Maggie because of the better launch with less stall, which would in theory, be better city driving  I'm actually very happy with the TVS and the unbelievably good drivability around town. Too bad I didn't have the chance to actually drive a Procharged vehicle VS. a Manacharged ride before I made a decision...oh well - I'm sure the Procharger is awesome too and may have chose differently if my intended use was different. I'm sure GM looked at all the different reasons between the SC's on the market today before making their decision - this swayed me more than anything.

  7. Yeah, I slapped the TPIS it on last summer and truck wouldn't run without going into limp mode so I shipped it back to Ray and ran that 12.00 with a stock 90mm LS2. He's since gotten a calibration device from the dude who makes the x-link so the 102's will work now without question. I actually just got off the phone with him and he's coming to Procharger this Monday which is like 2 miles from my house...he's delivering a newly calibrated TPIS then too.

And yeah, I already shipped the gears back to Hughes - Chuck's building me a whole new trans around those Coan gears . He claims to have it shipped out to me next week too!

  8. I'm going to guess and say the 3.0 pulley will get me 14psi or maybe 15. Does anyone know how much I would get with a 2.8" and how much boost can I safely run with e85 and stock bottom end?

  9. Thanks man, I appreciate that! I'm hoping the gear change will get those 22 x 10's rollin outta the hole much better. This reminds me - I sent those trans gears to Chuck at FLT and he said they were garbage + no one else makes them for the 97 and up 4L80e, BUT Coan racing does make a much better version of that gearset http://www.coanracing.com/Catalog.asp?ProductDetail=1946 for the '97 and older 4L80's, so that's what's on the way. I would be very happy if changing from the 3.3 to 3.0 pulley, e85, TPIS 102 TB and the new trans will get me to 11.5

  10. You're going to be dangerous on e85. Haha as if you weren't fast enough  (no such thing)

How much boost do you plan to run? Your bottom end is still stock right?

As much boost as that maggie can put out, lol! Yeah, I hear these motors can handle 15psi or so, which is probably where I'll be this Spring at the track. Yea, bottom end is all stock
  11. BALLER!!!

That's pretty sweet! They sell a pre built bucket and everything huh? What's that canister in the 6th pic? Filter? What psi Hobbs switch you get?

    Yeah, I was impressed - instructions & everything...totally plug n play too!

I picked up an '04 fuel bucket from a member here for a hundy and he modded it. The Hobbs is 4psi and yeah, that's the inline fuel filter in the 6th pic

He claims it'll support over 1000 rwhp

  12. Yeah. I got a nice mount from justin for my 40k. It was from a group buy years ago. It bolts to where the tow hooks would go and holds it right behind the bumper. I gotta mock it all up yet and see if it fits. Justin also had some 10" fans laying around I really wish would have worked, but they are a bit too tall for the fluidyne. Guess I could put them on the 40k, but would probably be overkill. Yeah randy. If you're concerned about the width of a bigger cooler, you could run a second one behind the bumper.. It works. Just gotta get creative with it. I can get better pics of my mounts when I take them off if you want. I'm giving them to Harley for his 112 set up. I have so much I could be doing right now. haha lots of new parts showed up this morning, but I'm being lazy. I'll be in the shop all day tomorrow though. I'll take some pics for my build thread. Haven't updated it in months. Thanks Eddie!

Sup Matt! Haven't heard from you in a bit! Can't wait to cruise this summer! Gonna try to make the Kool Cruise in may. Justin's truck should be done as well. And Harley's looks awesome. So jealous. Lol. All his fresh paint... Lucky

Yeah, I think it would be a lot less work to just keep everything where it is on mine and add another down below - I'll look into maybe a 6 or 8" high smaller Fluidyne...gotta get it up in the air to see what'll fit

Somehow I remember you saying you were going to try and be ready for the Kool Cruise LAST YEAR, lol, It's time to crack the whip on your ass so you'll get that baby done smile.png I know there are a bunch of people who can't wait to see what she'll do, myself included!
