  7. changing this add for a group buy : what you get-this is a reprint of a pretty rare original poster as far as i know, i did not create this image by any means i just liked it and made one for my self and em offering it to you guys because we all share the same love of these trucks and know how hard it is to get anything with these trucks on it. this will be for a printed image onto a giant vinyl decal that can either be stuck to something like what you see in the pictures or you can just frame it like a normal poster. there are a couple different options to fit all of your needs so please read the different options below . here is the deal in a couple different options... option a- $25 shipped - this will be for the picture printed on vinyl 18" tall x 24" wide rolled up into a tube ready to be framed or stuck to something. option b- $35 shipped - this will be for the picture mounted on corrugated plastic like seen in the pictures below . option c- $45 shipped- this will be for the same image blown up to 24"tall x 36" wide rolled up and shipped in a tube. (up close it will look pixelated but from 4ft away it will look great) this offer is for 10 prepaid orders , you will not be put on the list till your paid , so please send payment to paypal addy [email protected] and pm what option you want after sending payment, thanks guys and enjoy! the list... 1.chevytruckjsm option A 2.adofashow option A 3.blown 346 option A 4.03ssboy option A & C 5.champagne06ss option A 6.brian22030 option A 7.nipring option A 8.fast04chevy option B 9. 10. 9. those look great danny, good work!
  10. good to hear man! got to love the kill switches ! i would say its a "must have" these days and will save your trucks butt as you found out.
  11. well first off you don't want to run a a1000 on a DD its more for race only applications i quick search will show you that. i drive my truck around town for hours at a time but never drive it on long trips unfortunately that is one down side to e85 , pumps are limited and makes driving out of town impossible. ive never had a problem with running dual pumps at the same time and have been running it like this for a couple years. i dont think there is a wrong way of doing it its just how YOU want to do it , imo.
  12. they wont sell you a double pumper wiring harness ,they will actually send you to lonnie's performance and when you ask him for one what hes going to tell you is that you need to buy his whole fuel pump set up from him to get the harness cause he wont sale you just the wiring ( ITS A F'N JOKE) . So what i did is just buy two single pump kits from racetronics and wired each pump up separately so they both have there own fuse and own relay. i have both mine running all the time so its up to you if you want that or a hobbs switch . i wanted both pumps on all the time for 2 reasons: 1 - if one fails ill see the drop in fuel presure right away not when im making bost and the second one does kick on , and 2 - because it is easier to diagnose which one is faulty if they both prime with a twist of the key , so you can pull the fuse for each pump and see what one is not kicking on, and trust me on this one its has made it easy and im so thankful i did it this way.
  13. build is looking good. i just got a holley too and was excited to see that you can use longer style car injectors on it to with out any modification .
  14. yeah i tried doing the white wire on the computer but it didnt work for me for some reason so thats why i went to the coil pack wire . and sorry its not a brown wire its the purple wire to the throttle body. for some reason under the garage light it looked brown last night. as far as my truck is concerned thats what worked and was recognized on my trick window switch i know it worked cause when you set it you have to hit the throttle 100% so it knows where to trigger and it recognized it.
  15. the problem is the fu#$ing site ran off everybody that knows anything and that gives a dam to help people other wise you would have got a answer the first day you posted this instead of a week later.... anyway... TPS wire is the brown wire running up to the throttle body, and the tach wire is going to be passenger side coil pack plug green with white stripe if i remember right.
  16. if anybody is trying or wants to get a hold of me for me for now on , please email me @ [email protected] or follow me here www.facebook.com/thestickermafia.

  19. lol , yeah and mine was a junk yard unit cost me $350 bucks and cam with a 4x4 transfer case that i sold for $250 so yeah got my trans for $100 plus shift kit . had my trans guy go through it to make sure it was ok and put my shift kit in, thing has never skipped a beat.if you get all your parts together swap shouldnt take longer then a day or two.
  20. as for 80e , just get a stock one and put a shift kit in it and call it good.
  21. Yes roots blower is the first thing that popped in my head when reading the op's first post and would probably be the best option with the least amount of down time. Only reason I suggested turbo is because I don't know how mechanically the op is but turbo when set up right would be a awesome for towing but that would probably be the hardest/longest down time to do and not sure if you could fit it in a 4k budget ...maybe .
  22. 4k seems to be enough to find a used Maggie kit . I'm a big procharger guy but if I were building a tow rig or a off road machine I would put a magnacharger on there because pro chargers have to be WOT and be above 4000 rpms b4 they start making decent boost. I wouldn't even concider nitrous or a bigger stall even an option considering what the OP describe how he uses his truck. So IMO I would either do a magna charger which you could find used in your price limit and is great for towing with all the low end power or do a turbo kit but its going to be allot more hands on but with the right turbo it would work great for pulling and won't effect your gas milage like any other FI application. You could do a pro charger but I just don't see it being ideal but it would work.
