Lil update... zippy has been tuning it the last couple days off and on. I should be back in Vegas in a couple hours and I think his plan is too run the truck on the dyno for some wot tuning so hopefully I'll be back in town for this to take video and some pics. If all goes good we are hitting the track tonight at midnight mayham. I'll keep you guys posted on the results!...

What company did the carbon fiber pieces?

03mass , the vehicles that were previously e85 friendly were labeled "flex fuel" and they have been around for a while now I em in no way the originator lol but I have been running the fuel for about 4 years now or so.

Those ones don't come with collectors or the y pipe so unless you plan on getting a exhaust shop to custom fit those ones I wouldn't get them. The o es with the hump are the ones to get and fit good.

Too bad I missed you yesterday at Zippys I left a lil over a hour b4 you got there but I'll see you Friday when I get back to Vegas. Have fun a Zippys and look after my baby while I'm gone.

Well got the hydro boost done and took it out today for the first time in it. Brakes work good but I'm a lil disappointed that I still can't build boost off the foot brake, i guess my stall just is too tight so until I get time to yank it out and get a restall I decided to wire the nitrous back up to get this thing to spool off the line better. How it sits now its awesome from a roll just straight monster but from a stop it doesn't feel that great but I spoke with zippy tonight and he is pretty confident he can get this guy rolling out good specially with nitrous lol. So I leave in 2 days I'll keep you guys posted on what goes down.

Yeah I was 60-70% throttle when I raced my buddy. he was starting to barely pull but was extremely shocked that it held with him and I didn't even brake boost when we took off at around 50mph.

Man I don't know. At 60% throttle it comes on hard and fast. Yeah I got a 50mm jgs gate on it .everything is ready to go already just needs the tune to be dialed in. I've already raced my friends c5zo6 that's supercharged and he put down 816 rwhp and I was door to door with him till 115 mph when we let off.

Yeah I can drive the truck but I haven't went 100% WOT yet just 65% ish so far and it makes 18psi or so. I'm running a s480 96mm with a billit wheel , race cover and It has a 1.32 ar. Haven't played with the hydro boost yet to answer the other part of your question but soon.

So I'm confused is it for the front &back or just the front? Looks like for all 4's in the pic but you said in one of your post its just the front?

Yeah the boost leak was just a vacuum line came off too the BOV. Upon I stalling my hydro boost I noticed my crank pulley bolt was gone :-0 !so I got to locate one of those hopefully the dealership will have one on hand.

I'm trying to talk my friend Into meeting me down there on the 4th. I will hopefully have some go pros or at minimal some flip video footage.

got the hydro boost installed last night,man did it free up allot of room on that side of the truck, maybe enough room for a second turbo ?? lol.

yeah he moved to arizona and then he moved back and opened his own shop there now . if you google " zippy performance las vegas" you can get his number of the shop and address .
