not sure on the stock tranns temp gauge almost got to the second bold line not sure how hot that is. truck engine was around 195 a couple times just for a couple minutes. But its weird trying to drive normal with it, its like I have to bring it to 3 grand before it wants to start going. That normal, also takes awhile to go into overdrive.

Been driving around for awhile in it, WOW does it wake the truck up. Only issues is truck was getting hot tranny and engine was about 85 outside all day and I was in stop and go traffic already have a upgraded tranny cooler any suggestions guys? or is this normal.

So got it installed today. The guy that installed it took it out for a ride said he almost pissed himself when he punched it said it went like his big block chevy. I like it goes like a raped ape, but I need to get use to it totally different then before.

Im running my stock fuel pump and having no problems with the unit and im seeing up to 8psi. I had Wheatley tune my truck his tunes are great!!!! As for the kit I didnt get a FMU or inline pump with the kit they gave me bigger injectors instead. Check for any vaccum leaks and make sure the mass air sensor is plugged in.

So on my way home tonight at the light some silver suv pulls next to me not sure if it was a jeep or mercedes had wide tires and 20inch rims on it. So the light is about to turn green and I tell my wife im going for it and out of no where she goes theres a cop behind you. So I flip around to look and the light turns green and theres no cop there she starts laughing and says haha gotch ya, by this time the guy already started to go so I floor it and get him, but still he was pretty damn fast. So he pulls next to me and starts shooting off his mouth " must be turbocharged" " daddy must have alot of money". I was getting steamed I wanted to pull him and his friend out of there car and beat them, but like a gentlemen I gave them the one finger solute and went on my way. Wife alittle mad I yelled at her. lol

Getting the 9.5" PI 3000 triple disc stall converter installed tommorow. The guy that did my shift kit is going to do it for 400.00 everyone else around here wanted 800 to 1000 dollars to install it. Question? Will it make a noticeable difference in the truck? Just wondering how different its going to be. thanks

Thats not good I live in CT they do the sniffer test. You do think they will pass emissions? Do you think I should save the stock exhause intake and cats and when I have to go through emissions just throw them back on or do you think I might pass with the high flows on there?

Thats what im thinking to had to drive threw alot of heavy down pouring on my way back from VA yesterday took 81 all the way back.

Went to autozone code read PO102 I had him clear it, truck has been running fine all day and the light has not come back on.

If it does throw a CEL will it put take power away from the truck. or does the light just come on and thats it?

Im going to autozone alittle later. The CEL stayed on it didnt flash, also once I got back into dry wheather it stoped bucking and ran normal again. Dont thing its he tranny because I still have al gears and it shifts the same. It could have been my cold air intake getting water in it because I have the filter mounted right above the passenger side air dam. But I will go see what code they pull. Thanks guys.

Well on my way home from VA. where I went on vacation I filled my truck with 93 which I always use about an hour after being on the highway I went to hit the gas alittle and the truck bucked a couple times so I let off and kept going about another 2 hours go bye we get off the highway to get more gas and hitting the gas coming off the off ramp my truck bucks again. So not sure what it could be? I though maybe since it was raining alot maybe I got water in my tank so I bought 2 bottles of Iso Heat and put them in my gas tank with my fill up, about 30 mins later my CEL goes off my truck hasnt bucked since, but not sure why CEL went off. Do you think maybe my cats are clogged they are the originals and I have 70000 on my truck? Do you think the Iso Heat could of set the sensors off? If I go have someone read the code and clear it will it effect my tune I got from Wheatley? Thanks for any help guys!!!!

I want to install the OBX long tubes and dummy cats the kit comes with. The kit says high flow cats, but they look pretty straight threw. First question can I install them on my truck and wait alittle while before retuning it to shut of back O2 sensors because I know they will throw the engine light will that cause my truck to lose power at all? Second question will I notice a difference between the OBX long tubes and dummy cats from the shorty JBA headers and stock cats I have on my truck now? Thanks guys.

So I did the transfer case today doing the diff tommorow. Dark Brown fluid came out of the transfer case good thing I changed it.

So I went and got gm auto track for the transfer case. I picked up royal purple 75-90 for rear diff, and valvoline 80-90 for the front diff. Is 80-90 the right stuff for the front diff? in mr.p hot to I saw that he used 80-90 thats why i picked it up. Thanks guys for all the help

I just reading threw some old post see conflicting advice on which fluid to use on the transfer case? Can I use royal purple, or gm auto track my truck is a 03 AWD. Which fluid would be the best and recommended to use? Thanks for any help wanted to change tommorow.

Thanks guys. Yeah when I get back from vaca im driving down to Virgnia beach this next week. I have a couple other mods I will be installing: meth injection, new pulley, ported and polished BBK TB, obx long tubes with high flow cats, PI 3000 stall converter, wideband gauge, and a retune. Cant wait to get back Lol.
