  1. In the past few weeks I have been having some harmonic balancer issues: It sterted out after the pro charger went on. I noticed the belt wouldn't stop squeeking durring any acceleration, so I replaced the belt...... sitll nothing, then I replaced the tesioner, still nothing.......Then i was watching the Harmonic balancer and noticed a wobble. So I purchased a new one and installed it and everything was good to go.... In the mean time I bought an underdrive balancer just in case, and because I knew it was stronger then the OE crap. Yes I know that I need a smaller pulley for the Pro Charger to go with it. Well on my work today the balancer came off completely and chewed the crank up a little while I was on my way to work. The balancer isn't sitting on a whole lot but it works for now....... My question is what should I do now???? Is it too late to pin the crank? Should I drive it until it comes undone? should I tack the crank to the Balancer? Can a machine shop work on it as is? Or should I save my money and basically rebuild the bottom end? Someone give me some reasonable ideas. This is my daily driver and I don't have a huge lump sum of cash to drop on it..... Thanks in advance!!!!!
  2. ^^^^^^^^^ Yes my trans is stock.... but I have added a larger cooler and the tune firmed up the shifts some too.
  3. Trans temps stay at the first line 150 deg. on the gauge, even at 100 degrees outside, and even towing my 7x18 trailer with a tractor and bush hog on it does it barely get above that. I want to do servo's, shift kit, deeper pan, and maybe a low stall. But I have been too lazy to look and see what trans I have. I also haven't found anywhere to buy all of the parts stated above.

I have a pioneer double din touch screen head unit, stock bose system and 2 clarion 10" woofers powered by a Rockford Punch 1000w amp. 20% tint, front vent visors, Pillar pod with boost, wide band, and oil temp guages. I have installed the dual headlight relay system, and have been swapping in LED bulbs.....I love my truck and can't wait to finish it
  5. I bought my truck used 18 months ago with 80xxx on it. completely unmolested and one by a service manager at a local chevy dealership. So far to date I have installed OBX LT's, Custom exhaust with X-Pipe, Dual Electric Fans with Black bear harness, ProCharger P1SC and a large trans cooler. I also have a DJM 3/4 lowering kit I need to install as well as new plugs, wires and an underdrive pulley. On a crappy tune on 5-6 lbs boost I Made 449/476 to the wheels and that was probably blowing out the spark up top. My next mods are going to be an under drive pulley, a smaller Procharger pulley to compensate, 62lb injectors, walboro fuel pump, and then a custom cam package. After that I think I'll be about done with the engine. I am still looking to do a couple trans mods but am limited because i do tow with my truck. Once I figure out how to post up pics Ill load a few teasers up

  7. I am closer to the beach then Jacksonville but who cares. I have been trolling around here for quite some time and figured since I'm using all of your legwork that I'd atleast say HI!!!!!! Current truck is an 03 SSS. Procharger, OBX LT, Custom Exhaust, Electric Fans, Black Bear Harness and alt pulley. On the dyno with a crappy tune and breaking up on the top I made 449/476tq . I am still planning upgrades. BTW I bought the truck stock last year and have done all the mods myself with the exception of tuning
