  1. Yes, it was. I got rid of it because I never drove it anymore. I used to race it at Irwindale all the time. It wasn't much to look at, but it was pretty quick. 1914cc Dual 44 Weber carbs P&P heads MSD distributor and MSD 6AL box Still got the rack, know anyone interested in buying it?
  2. I like it!!!!! I've always been a fan of flat paint as you can see!
  3. A little more done. I got the heat shields back from Jet Hot, removed the heel shifter by adding an anodized billet spacer, and I changed out the front and rear lenses. I still need to change out the front fender lense for a smoked one, but that had to be ordered. I know, I know, that ugly @$$ orange thing!

    Sun Roof

If you do a search under my username, you would get all the info you need from the thread I made back in the day. I believe the brand is an Inalfa, but I don't know what model. It's an electric sliding moonroof that slides inside. Not like the factory ones where it slides outside. It tilts as well and closes automatically when the truck is shut off. That is a nice feature.

    Sun Roof

Somewhere around $1200.00-$1300.00 because I had them route the button in the center console so no one could see it or touch it.

    Sun Roof

Got it done at ASC (American Sunroof Company). I don't know what city it is, but it's right where the 710 and 105 meet.
  7. All in due time brother! I'm trying to take care of the big sh*t first! I'll eventually start to remove parts and have them powdercoated, but that isn't as important as the exhaust, stereo, fuel management, wheels, etc., etc. right now.
  8. !966 and no, it's not for sale. It was a Christmas gift from my father in law last year.
  9. It's all I've been driving to the hall lately. The turn around for the heat shields is about 5 days as I was told so the bike will sit there for a while. There are some minor things I'll handle while it's down hopefully. I hate the orange lenses up front. Especially the turn signals because they double as running lights so those orange things stick out like a sore @$$! I want to delete the running lights up front, change the lenses to smoked ones along with an amber bulb. I also want to change out the front fender lense to smoke as well.
  10. Up next is a wheel swap. I know what I want as far as color and style. I just need to see if the tires are available for it. After that, I'll slow down a bit and start to get pieces blacked out and such. Everyone knows how I don't like chrome so I'll try to get rid of most of it, but I'm sure there will be some, just like the tips on the exhaust.
  11. Ever since my bike was purchased, I've been looking for an exhaust and when I found one I wanted, it wasn't released yet. Of course, my luck! Anyways, I just finished this yesterday. It's now sporting a Vance & Hines Monster Oval exhaust (matte black with chrome tips) along with a Vance & Hines Fuelpak (fuel management system), and a Roland Sands billet air cleaner. Don't mind the heat shield missing in the pics, they all got taken off today and are on there way to Jet Hot in Arizona. They will be getting a matte black treatment. Oh ya, I also lowered the rear 3". The sound is amazing! It has a very deep rumble, but is not obnoxiously loud at WOT which is what I wanted because I want to be able to hear the tunes. I like to say it sounds like Flowmasters on a Harley.
  12. Then I installed a solo HD Brawler seat. No riders here!
  13. I haven't really been into my truck for a while now. I just figured it has gone as far as I want it to go. It's my DD and I need it to be dependable. Not like it's a slouch though. I can hang with the big dawgs anyday! Anyways, I recently purchased an '09 Electra Glide Standard in denim black and have been modding it ever since. I just haven't been posting it here. So it started with this.......... Alpine X-100 Alpine components ARC mini amp iPod I then took the two upper guages and moved them down to the lower holes so the tweeters can be more in line with my ears. Here you can see the iPod/USB wire I ran to the guard bag. There is a nice little pouch in that leather bag where the iPod sits. Here is the final results......... It sounds really good with that amp. Nice and crisp, just the way I like it. That was one of the reason why I LOVE Alpine! I just need to install the PAC-SWI Jack for the handlebar controls. BTW, is there anyone near me that can handle that for me? I'd rather not do it myself because it looks complicated. If so, hit me up!
  14. Good luck with the new job.
  15. You cannot change the bulbs in the controls. The whole button assembly needs to be changed out so you need to remove the steering wheel.
  16. WOW, I guess I've been in the dark for some time now. Looks like I'll be going with ARC. Anyone else?
  17. I'd just like to know your thoughts on this brand since I've never heard of it before. I've been told their KS 125.2 is pretty good. I'm trying to piece together a system for my '09 Harley FLHT standard. In particular, this one...... http://www.arcaudio.com/productdescription...-125.2-mini.asp
  18. Man, I guess I should make it out since Go-Cart World is about 3 minutes from the pad. Put me down for a maybe. I have a question, does everyone have to purchase a wristband to ride and what not? I won't be riding, I'll be chillin so really no need to pay that fee.
  19. Anyone know of any good Harley forums?
  20. None taken Rob, it's all good. I don't want to say yes and then flake so that's why I just don't say anything. If I go, I'll be there. Maybe I'll take my bike.
  21. Pedro??????? I'm not from no damn Pedro!!! Originally grew up in Wilmington, now reside in Carson.
  22. Sent off the payoff amount for my '04 SS today so it's all mine now. It's my very first new vehicle I've ever had so it feels good to handle it on my own. The payments were steep for 5 years, but that's all in the past now. Now for the future................ '09 Harley FLHT Standard in denim (flat) black. No emblems, hardly any chrome, just a blank canvas for me to do what I want. I'm sure everyone knows that I don't like chrome so I'll be going with a mostly flat black theme. If I can't get the flat, then maybe some glossy black here and there. In the works as I write this is an Alpine radio (iPod of course) and JBL components. The tweeters will go where the missing two guages are on the fairing. After that, exhaust, air cleaner, and a power commander to manage the fuel and air after I go true duals. I will be changing the wheels as well soon. Maybe black spoke wheels or I have something else in mind with some billet. We'll see what the wallet looks like. Oh ya, my birthday is today!!!!!!!!!!
