  1. $61K and still the reserve is not met?
  2. Link to their website: www.aeroforcetech.com I love mine
  3. Look at the "sticky" at the top of this forum. STS vs. Radix vs. ATI vs. ..., The end-all, be-all thread Lots of info there.
  4. It is amazing you had the presence of mind to pull the chute!
  5. Perhaps just one of those black "pie tin" dust sheilds they sell for keeping the wheels clean on disk brake cars. At least it does not call attention to the drums.
  6. The distant perspective of the camera almost makes it look like fun. But I am sure that has to be one of those "pants wetting" moments . It is amazing they can slide so well, rather than flipping.
  7. Something like this would do the trick. The only problems are figuring out how much current the things draw, so you can get a big enough AC Adapter (this one is 1000 mah). You also have to wire it into the toy somehow. If you can open it up, it would be easy enough to add a jack for the AC Adapter, and not disturb the batter tray. http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.js...rentPage=family
  8. I would stay away from shady deals and shady dealers. If he is willing to cheat his boss, what makes you think he won't cheat you?
  9. Not sure where you are talking about. On the side of the center console, where it meets the carpet? You can get to some of that by popping out the cup holder (just give it a good upward yank) and there is a fair amount of room, depending on where you want to have the gauges.

I have a similar problem, when it is hot out, and I am just starting to use the truck (still "cold" engine). A/C stops blowing cold when I sit at at stop light, but comes back once I get moving. Does not seem to happen after I have been running for a while. I have suspected it needs the refrigerant topped off. Your experience seems to confirm that.
  11. You won't be sorry, it makes it a whole new truck
  12. Reminds me of that bumper sticker...
  13. You know, I think you are on to something there....
  14. And Montana looks like such a nice peaceful place to live...
  15. It should be substantially cooler than hell, I understand it gets rather hot there... Nice touch with the SS on the cooler
  16. You can buy and install the Radix, just as it is, and be happy. No other mods are required. However, there are things you may want to do, such as the transmission servo upgrade, heat exchanger relocation and fans, transmission cooler upgrade.... (the list is endless). The nice thing is, you can do these things as funds are available. The stock setup will last just fine. Just don't go changing to a 2.9 pulley and expect it to hold together for a long time ;)
  17. Wow, they sure stack them up. It is amazing those shipping containers on the bottom don't collapse from the weight of all the others on top!
  18. You did the right thing. Doing the right thing is not always rewarded, but that should not be why you do the right thing.
  19. Here is my bike. 1/4 HP (peak), 1 head, two pistons, normally aspirated, 27 speed transmission, disk brakes, leather seat, air conditioning (downhill only)
  20. Sounds like something for MisterP and his female cop fantasy
  21. I feel inadequate, living on only .15 acres. Less than a 1/16th of your new pad. As Will Rogers once said "buy land, they ain't making any more of it"
  22. I hear Iran has good prices these days.... ;)
