the 1 gallon kit cost $134 which is whats needed to do a 6ft bed. i bought the 2 gallon because i am also doing the tub of my jeep and will use what is left to do another coat in my truck. this will also be available in colors soon. Monstaliner Link

from the developers of the product "1 gallon wet weighs 9.5 lbs, it's 70% solids by weight so dry is a bit over 6.5 lbs for 1 gallon used".
-
great question i never even thought of that but it only takes one gallon to do a 6ft bed the gallon i would say is no more than 15lbs.
-
just got the first coat all finished up.

i am just curious why was this moved to the general ss section this has nothing to do with the ss?

the po took it in the mud on the weekend.

had to change out a leaky heater core in my jeep today what a time consuming job that is. i could not even imagine change one in the ss. when i bought this jeep i spent a month with it sitting in the garage cleaning all the mud out of it but i guess i missed some.

I am planning on linning the tub of my jeep with a roll on bedliner and figured i would also do my truck bed while i was at it. i am going to be using monstaliner which has been getting some good reviews on a jeep forum that i frequent. has anyone used this particular product yet. i will be taking lots of pics to show the whole process i plan on starting these over my thanksgiving vacation. http://www.monstaliner.com/

Part #581101 is the right number for the truxedo lopro qt. That is what is was hoping because that one is only $311 compared to the composite part# for around $475.
-
I will just send truxedo an email because one part num says for 99-06 with 6.5' bed and the other one says 03-05 with 6.5' composite bed.
-
i really like the look of that. do you happen to remember the part number for that. it shows a part number of 581101 or 581301 for a compasite bed?

I had one like the lund you speak of. I was having issues with the back piece that goes across the tailgate because of the iss spolier end pieces.
-
i think i leaning more toward a flush mount because i dont want to take my iss spoiler off.
