  6. Def recommend getting some tuning aids. Boost gauge wideband.. even if you have to borrow one and some form of data logger. It could be any number of things. The idle could be depending where your surge valve is if you are venting alot of air before the maf it will cause it to shudder and not fuel correctly because the maf is not reading correctly. I do my own procharger tuning or zippy. I don't know what Nelson does nor have I seen his work with the procharger so.. hard to guess where he makes his changes as to the effects it could have. If your kit was new it would have come with an FMU for 03 or an inline booster pump. If you need an inline pump I think I have one laying around. But you won't feel the loss of fuel till you are at about 12 psi on a stock 03 ss the factory fuel system on an 03 is phenomenal for mild boost tuning the factory FPR adds fuel for you not like a FMU or boost reference regulator.. but it helps. Your intank pump will definitely need some help but I am sure it's not effecting your low speed issues. I hope you can find a way to get some data on it it will greatly help suggestions to fix your prob.
  7. Thanks Brad. I did some homework on these. The advertised numbers are flowed on a 4030 bore at 28" wc without a pipe From what I have been told they are conservative to say the least. I tell ya side by side with my 2000$ WCCH heads they look damn close diameter of the ports and quality of work. The only plans I had for these if I ran up heavy lift I was going to use patriot golds but.. I like the l92's with less cam. My 408 makes monster torque but the HP flattens out with my big cam. I plan on swapping to less lift and a little less duration and a tighter seperation to give it better street manners. Right now It sounds like a nascar at wide open though it's 4" corsa and 1 7/8" headers And the idle is enough to make a real 454 ls6 cry all on E85

  13. nicely done.. the 90's wont effect it as much as anyone thinks with the joints in them. Reason being it's on the entering side of the blower it's under a hard negative. yeeeeeah it's a tiny static issue but honestly he did a great job with the routing and it really makes the blower breathe better. It's 100% better than procharger's original setup. Nice job overall.

  16. I have a bunch of stuff to unload as to I am going to be progressing forward on a build here very shortly. I have the 4l80E from a 2002 2wd. It has under 40k miles I think and it is in really fair shape. The engine and trans came out running and working great. I also have the top end of this Lq4 I want to part with. 317 heads truck intake DBW TB. I would like to sell everything together if nothing else the heads and then the intake separate but I don't want to piece out the intake. I also have a set of 60 LPH motron's with 4500 miles on them I also have the 4l80/6.0 harness from the truck but I belive it was cut at the firewall. I can't use it but if someone can for the connectors or to fix theirs it has some broken plugs 100 obo I am located in Las Vegas. 4l80-1100 OBO includes converter 317 heads and intake all together450 including the DBW rails inj ect. 60 LPH injectors 300 shipped. (FIRM) Exhaust Manifolds 60 Stock truck water pump? Anyone? Pay shipping you can have it Please mind that I am posting what I am selling. I am keeping the coil packs ect. The heads and intake I can ship The trans I would prefer local or somewhere within a couple hundred miles at best. I can work that out with the seller.   18. No they are standard style bosch plugs. They don't make a plug and play that big that I am aware of.
