  1. First let me say welcome to the site. Supersub isn't making them any longer. I'm working on making them but they are not ready yet. Send me a pm with your info and I can contact you when they are ready if you'd like.
  2. Nothing yet our CNC operator is MIA. He was supposed to be at work on Monday and nobody can find him. Figures, when I have free time the CNC is being used, now the CNC isn't being used but our operator is MIA. Trust me I want to get these things made even more than you guys want them. As for quantities, I'm not sure. I'll make a new thread and see for sure how many people are serious about buying a set. I'm not going to make 100 and only sell 20 sets. But if I run out I can make more as well. As far as the drop spindles go, I've had more than a few pms about those as well so I'll probably make the same of each.
  3. As of now I'm not planning on making a "kit". Too much overhead. I'm just trying to pick up the torch where Ray left off as far as the brackets go. haul@ss found the best deal on calipers and I'm game for a group buy as well. As for rotors thats all Ray. He has the info, the source, a great price and a great guy to deal with.
  4. I already got a set on the way, but thanks anyway.
  5. I'm back and have a drawing done, but trying to make it possible to use one version on stock a and Belltech spindle and another for the McCaughy spindle. Also waiting for a day that I'm not working and our CNC isn't being used. I should be able to make a couple for tesing Easter.
  6. That thing is beautiful. Love those quads.
  7. Ok got the Mcgaughy now just need the Belltechs. Anybody got a set sitting around?
  8. Like I said Ray is the man. Great guy and always willing to help.
  9. Talk to Ray(supersub) he is the man to talk to about those rotors.
  10. I'm looking to buy a set of both Mcgaughy and Belltech drop spindles for. I'm in socal and can pick them up. If you have either let me know.
  11. Nice truck but a little hi on the price. Try posting it on mautofied.com as well.
  12. As for price, I'm pretty sure I can produce them cheaper than anyone else currently making them. But I don't want to say a price yet until the first run is done.
  13. Yes I am working on making them. As of right now just the fronts for a stock spindle using a 15" rotor, then I'll make a drop spindle version using a 15" rotor. Somewhere in between I'll make the rears, but it won't be for a little while. Keep your eyes open. There are people selling them brand new in the for sale section. Thats where I got mine.

  15. Thats pretty a pretty good price. The best I could find besides Ebay at $975 shipped was from GMparts direct at $1105.92 shipped. The guy my buddy told me to call basically blew me off and wanted full retail. I'm not apposed to fronting the money for the calipers. But I really don't see any benefit. We'd save $7.50 a set shipping to me, but to ship them out will probably cost more than that plus shipping supplies and my time. Also paypal fees would kill any savings as well.
  16. Ray aka supersub is where I got the rotor part number. He can supply you with them or you can try contacting Baer directly. I'd suggest Ray since I know he is a really fair guy. If I remember correctly he charges only slightly more than Baer because he is making very little profit and you know its all the right stuff.
  17. Well can't say I came up with the idea, thats why I asked Ray if I could use his design first, but I do have access to the machinery and have a few contacts to get good prices on different things. I'd hate to see something that can help some many people save so much money fall to the side.
  18. I'm not sure exactly how it works and all, but I've got LoJack. There is more than one kind of system. One type you have to call and tell them your vehicle is gone. I have the better unit. I have a key chain and if the vehicle is moved more than a few feet it beeps warning you. This much I know. The rest I've never actually tested. But I was told that if the vehicle continues to move they call you and verify you are or aren't moving the vehicle and then contact the police. Now I could be way off but thats what I was told when I had it installed. But like fast4popper said once the alarm is sounded its already been compromised. I also know a guy that drove a wrecker and he agrees that if he wanted to tow something bad enough he would always get it.
  19. I'm not sure if you can do sync it yourself but when I bought mine the dealership had to sync the second remote.
  20. I'll be back on Monday from my vacation and hopefully will be able to jump all over this. It depends on how busy my work is. As for price, I'm hoping to be able to offer them cheaper but I can't say for sure until I get prices on the raw aluminum, hardware and anodizing. I will definetly be making them for the lowering spindles. I'm still working on a source for the calipers as well to see if I can get a group buy or just a cheaper source for us.
  21. As for the rear brackets I'm thinking of it, not sure.
  22. I know you won't see them but I figured I'd offer the option possibly. If enough people want them I'll do a small batch in red or any other color I get enough people wanting. Thanks anyway, your truck is looks nice.
  23. Nope. Almost did. Went through ASVAB, went to the MEP station, took the physical and all and bailed at the last second. Good thing I did. My recruiter lied his ass off to me. The next recruiter told me the truth and I didn't enlist. Why do you ask?
