Hey Kyle, check this out and see if you think a shock sensor would fit behind the glass. It takes a fair amount of force to pop the mirror out of the bracket which may be enough to trip a sensor Caution to anyone who tries to remove the glass, don't flex it too much and crack it like I did to the old one I removed MirrorManual.pdf

Hello fellow Trane guy from Orlando. I don't have any knowledege of these specific systems, especially in residential side, I do comercial controls and have seen very few systems using natural resources used in any efficiencey, but that may be due to geographic location as well

first off welcome, and second, This might work, not familiar with the size of the sensor, but there is some room behind the glass. The glass snaps into the motor assembly and can be popped out w/ a screwdriver
