Did you clear your headlights and parking lights or are those aftermarket lights?

There is a white one with black SS rims around town, I'll try to get some pics next time I see it.

haven't got hold of a SRT8 but spanked a friend of mine in an RT with exhaust.

Towing is going to make your mileage go to crap any way you look at it unless you're towing something small like a lawnmower trailer or a single jet ski. I tow a 20ft bass boat and a 26ft camper, the truck handles them both very well but gas mileage sucks, literally. I get around 13-14 on the hwy with the boat and around 10-11 with the camper at roughly 60mph. The boat and trailer weigh around 2600lbs and the camper weighs about 6000lbs. My utility trailer that i tow my lawn mower on is a 5x8 with a riding mower and might weigh 800lbs I can' t tell it's there and neither can the truck.

Could you put together a how to for this, looks awesome!

My wife nearly got killed by a guy that ran a redlight and took the front end off her Maxima last summer, the lying SOB said she ran the red light and the couple of witnesses that were there all left before the police could interview them. The state patrol no faulted it and the car was totaled so we got a hick in insurance all because of some **** in a hurry. Glad you're ok, hope insurance works it out.

Texas speed has a new set out that are much cheaper than the big brands that seem just as well built, I think they were $350 a set? The Cam i'm going with is a Texas Speed so I'll prob get the long tubes when I get the cam.

Long tubes are on my list, just haven't pulled the trigger yet. I want long tubes a cam with a new tune in the near future, right now, all my money is going into upgrading my bass boat. I think the tubing on my current setup is 2.5 in- 3.0 out.

Mine came on the truck, the guy I bought it from said he bought the muffler and the tips separately and had all the stainless piping done at the muffler shop. I don't remember the brand of the tips. They look almost identical to stock SS tips, just polished.

What Tonneau are you getting, I've got a fiberglass cover that comes down over the tailgate and locks so locking the Tonneau locks the tailgate too. If someone wants in they will get in no matter what, but in this case they'll make a mess out of my Tonneau to do it.

I'm pretty sure that's the same one I have, it's sounds great, good low rumble at idle, stepping on it will get you some attention quick, it has just a little rasp to it. I've got an idle and rev clip, don't have any drive bys yet. I've got an air intake, but stock headers and cats, the muffles starts right at the back of the cabs and goes to side exit stock looking chrome tips on both sides. There is a little droan in the cab around 60 mph when it shifts to OD but around 65 and up it goes away.

There is a white one running around here that has up side down badges on it, the one on the tailgate is on the wrong side too. Not sure if it's a real SS that was painted white and they put them on wrong or a really good clone.

That poor car, bet it'll go 300mph since it needs all that body crap to keep it on the road....

Those are the same measurements on mine, I'd go get it for $150. Like mentioned above, make sure it's not warped or cracked.

Look on the panel next to the headlight switch and make sure the dome override switch is turned off.

Those dimensions sound right, I'll measure my fiberglass cap and get back with you.

Not digging the black wheels at all, needs something else, the rest I like.

I searched and didn't come up with anything, sorry if I missed it. My parking brakes were not working on the SS I purchased, so I took the old shoes off as they did look pretty worn, I'm assuming someone drove a bit with them engaged.... I purchased new shoes and installed them and I can feel it grab a little but not enough to hold the truck, is there an adjustment somewhere to increase the tension on the parking brake? Thanks in advance for any info. Stephen
