  3. A good port job is gonna run 1000.00 or more. Just get TFS 225...... You won't regret it.
  4. Does anybody know the size and pitch of the two bolts that mount the exhaust hanger on side of trans? It's like 5 degrees here lol. I don't want to freeze my balls off trying measure it. My midpipes are rattling bad cause one of the bolts is missing. Thanks WAid
  5. Exhaust gas is corrosive. Any mild steel header will rust through, from the inside out. Even in Cali.

  11. Yeah I need a complete rebuild. I have a 3200 right now and it's not enough, stock cam too. Years down the road I want a procharger, but that's for another build. Mine is slipping real bad in 3rd. I keep reading about the sonnax smart hub and the beast reaction shell is that something I should look into as well? Thanks man
  12. Guys, please help me put together a build list. Truck mods: heads, cam, full bolt ons. I don't plan on going crazy with horsepower. But I am going with a 3800 triple disk stall. What else should I do to the trans? Thanks Waid
  13. Straight to having fun. Need to retune PCM trans parameters though, for maximum benefit.
  14. How do you know your transmission isn't slipping?
  15. Because the entire driveline torques over when put in gear. My cross member was loose on the frame but tight on the trans mounts, every time I went from park to reverse I heard a loud pop. It's probably not the cause but it is somthing to check at least.
  16. Check your trans cross member bolts for tightness. Had that happen with my DMAX.
  17. My 2003 is for sale. 69k on the clock. It has: ARH 1-7/8 long tubes, volant CAI, efans, 3200 stall, belltech shocks, and electric cut outs. It's very clean.
  18. ARH. Hands down. I may be selling the set on my truck.
