  1.

Compared to the other sport trucks (Ram Srt-10 and Lightning) the SS is the slowest stock vs. stock, but once you get down to the mods the awd makes it a competitor.

ARH would be my only choice. 100% American made and products, do not have to worry about Chinease metal, and their may be more in the future to to offer from them. Their is a place in MA that has a dyno long enough for our trucks, however we would need a group of us to get Don to the dyno as the place that houses the dyno is a foreign car (mostly bmw) mod shop. Ive also been talking to Don about things I need done to the truck.

I'm not trying to bust your balls, but pretty much all Stainless steel is made in China. I'm in the manufacturing business, 80% of what we make is stainless (oil and gas industry). The raw material comes for china.

  2. I noticed my remark was ignored

He found average horsepower. His truck is putting down more than 163hp..... Been 8 years since I had college physics, but I think you need to do some calculus and know the exact weight, gear ratio, tire size, and time of acceleration for a real damn accurate rwhp number.

  3. O.o any dyno charts on that?

I posted the article above, I had the wrong brand of headers listed though. Been a while since I read the article and had it in my mind that it was ARH. Anyway 408 flywheel horsepower is awesome for only bolting on a set of headers and retuning. Heck the engine picked up 20+ hp without tuning.

  4. well if I go this far with the engine I might as well pull the engine and do the bottom end so I will be able to change bore and run these heads and intake, sooo would this be a good set up with me still wanting to run my whipple supercharger...if so that is the way I am going, thanks again guys

I believe the LS7 has 4.125 bores, don't think you can overbore a stock 6.0 block that much.
