FIXED -
It's black and a decent foundation to finish it out nice. FLEETSIDE Has a couple dents on the top and the handle is broke but its good for someone that doesn't have a welder. The handle and top holes have been shaved. It does have the flip bracket installed and the latches and cables. Fix the dents, block it out, and shoot it. I just don't have time to screw with it right now. 100.00 FIRM Local only no trades and no shipping Dan

It isn't just the Ford guys you have to worry about. It is every brand purist out there. Now if it was a 30s or 40s ford you could get away with it. The market will be so slim you will have to give the car away. The aftermarket suspension is actually attractive to anyone wanting to buy one of those cars. The only folks that wont like it are the die hard "factory resto" guys and even they will appreciate the much better designed suspension, and the attributes it brings to the driver experience of the car. The other thing you have to consider is people like to buy easy to drive muscle cars. A lot of people don't want a handful of possible problems and you will have them if you plan on making big power not matter the platform. I have based this thought around you telling me that in the future it would be sold after you guys have fun with it. I would just hate to see you all take it in the shorts just because you put that combo together. And yes we build them and we see the crazy amounts of money that go into them. Just want you to be fully aware of the waters your floating in before you take a swim.

maybe 2500 max with everything... maybe and BTW you are better off going with the new 5.0L yote for max resale. Having that car LS powered is going to kill the value.

Circle D 3200 is a fine driver. If you are looking for more call and ask Chris about his pro series stuff. He builds good converters. -
They sure did make em. My old truck from about 8 years ago.

After a few years of doing transmission stuff I can say with 100% confidence the best the you do is pull the pan and replace the filter and add about 4-6qts. of new fluid. Another thing that will help it live a bit longer is a bottle of black label Lube Gard Oh yes it will. A flush is the worst thing on the planet you can do other than running it bone dry on fluid. You guys can argue all you want but I've got 40 years of experience telling me not to do it from the guy that taught Brian how to rebuild these transmissions. Oh and if you need more proof of what high mileage flushes do. Here is how I spent my Friday night. -
SS silverado break duct vents FOR SALE!!
sprayed99 replied to Dsmith3495's topic in For Sale/ Wanted
Other than the fact that is marketing a product on a forum that requires vendors to pay. Might want to pm Admin regarding payment to do this. Yes I bitch about this because I had to pay up when we were selling stuff on here.- 27 replies

LMAO at his price. Yeah I dont think so.

easy to do man... push in and hear a click. Grab a small pry bar and try to pry them back out while giving them a wiggle... IF they dont release side the plastic retainer over and get on with the rest of the installation process.
-
WRONG! The part that failed they are responsible for. If the line came out of the fitting at the case that is a line that they removed to uninstall and re-install the current transmission. I'd have their head on a stick!
-
LMAO what is GM going to do about a third party transmission builder not properly securing cooler lines in the rebuilt unit? To the OP sorry to hear the bad luck, but the shop is on the hook for this one. Get a attorney and kick them in the teeth!
