chawkins6789
4 or 6 piston?
D1SCSS
Those are 4 piston calipers on the rear. I have 6 pistons for the front!
chawkins6789
I am looking into them, surprised the rear calipers cost more than the front
D1SCSS
I ordered my front Baer 15 inch rotors today! I also finished the antenna delete mod by installing the escalade cowl trim. My truck looks kinda funny with really large rear brakes and stock front brakes. Hopefully I will have all my brakes finished within a week. After that I start saving for fueling the D1!!!!! I can't wait.
chawkins6789
Are your wheels 20's? Sent from my DROID RAZR MAXX using Xparent Red Tapatalk

chawkins6789
I'm looking more into the c6z brakes. The rears look somewhat small in the wheel in that pic Sent from my DROID RAZR MAXX using Xparent Red Tapatalk
D1SCSS
Here is a comparison of my stock front brakes and my Z06 rear brakes. The new Z06 front rotors will be larger than the rear Z06 rotors by 1 inch.
chawkins6789
I think that I will end up going that route. What did you use for pads?
D1SCSS
I finished my Z06 brakes Friday. The pedal is VERY firm and the truck stops with ease! Now I will start getting my fuel system ready for the 10-12 lbs of boost with the D1!!!! I am thinking about running a Bosch 044 fuelpump with 72lbs injectors. The picture looks like the truck has a big rake to it but its actually the way my driveway slants.
