Wassup guys I just ordered 2 of four needed tires for the SS, Toyo Proxes S/T II in 305/50-20. There is not a lot of information available on them. They look like a nice tire. Any of guys have them and how did they do in the rain, dry, wet, and light snow? They will be mounted and balanced for $152.00 a piece, so I think I did okay. I was going yokohama parada spec-x's in the same size.....buuuut they were 186.00 a piece...I didn't really see the 136.00 extra for the set.

Nice truck....Nice forum name, when I was younger I mocked up TimeBomb Customs (car club)...lol. I also drew a small bomb with angry face, short fuse and stop watchm lol. It was pretty sweet.....it was on my Dodge Stealth, with plans to do the 10 code for bomb threat, haha.

I have seen where someone stated that since they are mounted the stock 8.5" rim a 305 will cup...causing the center to wear faster. Anyone experienced this with 305/50's on the stock rims?

^^^ Same here, about to order them in 305/50-20....anyone widened them up the stock rims? It is between these and Hankook Ventus RH06's I think. You guys think widening the tires to 305's is a good idea?

05on20s....how are you liking these headers? Has anyone tried them out?

are these plug-n-play? Looking into HIDs but I've never really messed with them, I just use the silverstar ultras. What type of life are you guys seeing on HIDs?

would these be the parts needed if the truck was an SS w/o the center console....as mine was intentionally ordered w/o bose package/leather which got rid of the center console. I have read that with cloth seats its a tighter fit....but that will not hinder seat movement.

nice install pics, and that's great gas mileage....I get 13 to 13.5 MPG Highway or city...Light or heavy throttle. I am curious if the cats are going...because originally I was getting 15.1-15.8 avg same drive location...same speeds.

Let us know your impressions after the install, these are the headers I'm looking into....still trying to see about the re-tune options from zippy as the previous owner had him to tune it, I'd like to stick with him. especially since the truck runs great now....wouldn't want to mess that up.

Mine is an 05 w/o bose, onstar...steering controls, etc. Is that the harness I need? And do you perhaps have a link. Do you still have all the chimes?

Wassup guys, I have the most basic SS ever built I swear. I'm looking to swap out the HU as mine is getting finicky with the motor. Question is.....What harness do I need. Do I still need the expensive one for chimes and all to still work? I need to know which harness....the dash kit I know is the same. Thanks guys, Jason

Is the Eflive you have just a scan tool...or is it capable of Tunning? or just to scan and then send off the file to be tuned?

What are my options if I can't weld the 6an fitting for the fuel crossover?? Looking at doing this swap? Also where do you buy the adapter plate?

The TBSS manifold could be used with the stock TB for the time being? Any idea how involved the install is?

Did you notice any gains from these?....I've heard to go LT or nothing, just asking. Banks does make nice stuff. Good luck with the sale.
