  1. my f250 was done the same way a few months ago. but they got alot more stuff. i had been planning on buying jimmy jammers for a couple of years now but i always forget and never do. it might have saved me but i dont know for sure. well i just made my order for them

  2. yeah your first mistake was putting the pulley on wihtout a tune. it also sounds like you had some detonation that caused this .

     

    its hard to say for sure but your truck doesent do it while in park or neutral so it could be a slipping trans but not as likely from what you described. becasue in neutral and park your not getting load on the engine .

     

     

    :withstupid: I would not drive it until you have a new tune on it for the pulley.

  3. We were looking into a 1ss but she was like " If were gonna get one might as well go all the way". She is already talking rims and getting the stupid gm emblem off the side :lol: She also wants the rear valance that is set up for dual exhaust.

     

    mine said the gold bowties had to go

    i had to buy the graficsworks black bowties for the center caps and a shopman ss grill emblem, and remove the gold emblem off the badk to where its chrome. then she was happy. Im not allowed to do anything to the motor other than change the oil. I did get to tune it some though

  4. If I have to pull this thing for something like you had to, I am just going to cry. I don't know if I could handle it. I just wanna drive it again and take it to a couple of cruise nights before the summer is over. :(

    I think it will be fine. I cant wait for the vid of it running.

     

    After 2 years of being down you loose interst in the truck all together. but i was also living out of a suite case and i didn't have a garage to work on it.
