Yeah, if you're not in California, Texas, or Alaska; good luck.
-
You made a blanket? Nice.
Exactly what I was thinking.

Hate to be close minded, but I'm not feeling it. And I don't think you can get the bare metal look on composite the "easy" way, that will cost big bucks to do and still may not look right. I say, if you want racing stripes, get some vinyl stick ons. If you're anything like me you'll get tired of them after a while and pull em' off.

voted...again.

I agree eek, that was hard to read, geez kid use smaller font next time. But congrats on the truck. If I were you i'd sell the Sonoma and try to pay your Dad back or something and then concentrate on the SS. No reason for an 18 year old to have 2 trucks right? Congrats again man and keep us posted.
I had two vehicles when I was 18, be it they weren't both trucks...

Maybe the abs sensor in it, but that usually gets scraped up when the bearing goes bad.
-
Um...where to start, modifications.
-
Yep, I've had both of mine replaced and so have all my friends with silverados. Not sure why they don't hold up.
-
Wow, that way blows away top gear's engine table.
-
Installed an hd radio, so I can finally listen to alternative locally.
-
Takes too much time to set up(couldn't find my addresses), doesn't have my ride, and is not the least bit interesting to me. But, it is unlike anything I've seen and does have a certain cool factor to it.

Good job on fixing that sig.
-
Looks awful when they leave the plastic insert behind it...
-
Those things went out mighty fast, wow.
-
yep.

The ls1, lq9, lm7, etc. replacement is an ls2 chain and has been for a while.
Just a pic of the stock timing chain compared to the ls2 for the hell of it.
-
What cam/springs? Generally the replacement ls1 timing chain(ls2) is big enough for most moderate cams.
-
I'd rather have an SSR.
-
Yeah, those bottom ones look awful close to 6000k, which is my favorite, I say keep them. They look better than those bluer lights, IMO.
-
Oh... Well then they look about the same, the top one a higher k...maybe. It's all in how the pic was taken, IMO.
-
Passenger side looks like a higher k to me.
-
I like the fourth, he's like "oh crap, what did I hit?" Oh yeah and since you can take these pics, you can at least fix your sig.
-
Chevy is my favorite, mostly because of their superior engines. But I am a Dodge and Mercedes fan as well.

Hate to say it, but that's what you get when you use an automated car wash, IMO. But that scratch doesn't look deep at all, a little rubbing compound will probably fix most of it.
