If it doesn't say the exact speed you were going, you can get it thrown out. "unsafe speed" doesn't prove or disprove anything...
-
If anything, that was reckless driving, I think I'd rather be charged for doing 35 in a 15. I doubt your exhaust is illegal, he just probably heard wot, so there's nothing to that, IMO. So what does the ticket say, or did you even get one?

Where do y'all have 15 mph zones? School campus or something?
-
Its under the "useless cubby" on the left side of the steering wheel.. that looks stock but those foggers are just wrong haha
You talking about the cargo light button?
-
I don't see a fog light button.
-
I find it funny, the cereal box says "rice".
-
wasnt the sunroof not offered on the 2003-2004 model?
Must not be factory.
-
I liked it until I saw the interior, which screams outdated, IMO.

Funny you mention those, we just had a thread on this subject yesterday. The guy that made his did it custom and doesn't sell them. Although he did sell his 1st setup when he went on to his 2nd setup. Find someone who is good with fiberglass and epoxy, and they might can do it. I know of no one myself.

Yep, watched the whole build on mp3car.com as he was doing it. Very cool indeed.
Mater of fact, here"s his build. And super88, I have a question, why don't you fix your sig pic?

Everyone seems to forget the inexpensive, trusty, tried and true AC Delco oil filter, which is probably one of the better filters you can get. And FWIW, Mobil 1 is not crap, your mechanic is doing you a good service if that's what he uses......
AC Delco duraguard is actually one of the worst filters you can buy, next to fram as far as value. It's a champions labs ecore design like the stp you can get at wal mart. Oil filter study.

Amsoil is good oil, I know... but it's not magic. When a water pump goes out it still pumps water, the bearing inside just wears out and the front seal fails.

Love the painted interior.

Make sure your alarm is installed properly and 9 times out of 10, That'll take care of it. Steering locks on the other hand are fairly easy to defeat. The steering wheel can be cut with a hack saw in under a minute. Arm your alarm and make sure it has starter disable which will hold them up a few more minutes, and you should be able to scare them off by then.

What is up with that interior, did they spill the whole bottle of armor all on the dash or what? Nasty... And the mud on the rear tires, what is that? The whole truck is dirty, why can't they wash it?
-
(insert facepalm emoticon here, which we don't have).

They were 8, he thought they were too bright and went with 10.

You wash it normally with the exception of not polishing and waxing. If you do, the vinyl will look greasy and awful. Vinyl will scratch easier than paint as well, and overtime will get many swirl marks if you wash your vehicle often.

Depends on how the cop feels that day. Technically in Texas they are supposed to be on the front of the vehicle and not behind ANY lense of any sort.

All sss have 4l65 transmissions... Which will use the same converter as a 4l60.

So if I make sure the new motor is a gen 4 out of a 200x or newer I should be alrights then
You are correct, but krambo makes a good point as well.

It's how teeth the wheel on the crank that the crank position sensor reads has. For 99-06(trucks) or gen III engines, they have 24 teeth. The newer truck's computer(07+ gen IV engines) needs to see 58 teeth per revolution.

I thought newbs had to have at least 10 posts before voting. That would be messed up if that wasn't the case.

What were his conditions for the posted speed limit being unsafe at the time?
