  1. Just bought my whipple today off a buddy of mine. His truck had the whipple tronics on it. I'm not using none of that. Instead I'm upgrading fuel injectors and my fuel pump with a live tune. Anyway the whipple has this module on it that would plug into the whipple tronics then has 2 vacuume hoses going to it. Can I just leave that there and hook everything up or do I need to take that module out and just run a vacuume hose straight through?

  2. well i got my truck back today from my uncle. had him rebuild the trans and beef it up add a shift kit and 2800 stall. all i can say is wow! it doesnt even feel like the same truck hes simply the best at what he does.

     

    i made a post a few months back if anyone needed any trans work done let me know or i can give you the info to contact him. he owns his own shop and hes been doing it since hes been able to walk lol. when allison transmission has a issue they call him to correct it. people come to him from all over! anyway im amazed at my truck now and im one step closer to installing my whipple charger :)

  3. You got it. I'm buying the whipple used from a good friend of mine. It comes with a 4.25 pulley I called whipple yesterday and they said that should be about 6 to 7 psi. So I should be good with the 42 lb injectors. I think I'm going with the deatschwerks injectors and the walbro pump. Can't wait lol.

  4. I'm soon going to install a whipple charger, headers, electric fans and 160 stat. I will be installing the boost a pump control for the fuel pump but need to no what injector size I need to increase to? Anyone have a similar set up? Any help would be appreciated.

  5. I was changing my oil the other day and noticed the front differential leaking out where the drive shaft goes in. Also the transfer case seal is also leaking. I bought both seals today and I'm going to replace them this weekend. On the front does anyone no what the correct preload is? Or should I just count the threads that's showing and make a mark on it? Also anyone have any info or have replaced the transfer Case seal? Thanks any help would be appreciated.

  6. If anyone needs there Trans rebuilt or just rebuilt for performance wise my uncle does them. It's prop considered one of the best in the world. When Allison Transmission has problems they call him to resolve them. He used to have a radio show about transmissions and builds every kind. He's been doing it since he was 12. Every vehicle I own I just take the Trans out reguardless if anything is wrong with it. He goes thought it puts all the good shit in it and puts a shift kit and does whatever it takes to make it better. I live in Maryland so if anyone wants info on this let me no. I'm about to pull the Trans out the ss and have him o through the whole things and beef it up!
