If you want to buy a TCI then buy a TCI, no need to investigate other peoples claims. If it works out great, if not then onto the next one.
What he said ^^^^

Yea that hole is very common. I think the plate is only like 30 bucks. It's a good investment to make. Better then paying 1500 for a new one lol.

Bad pcv valve? My old green truck would stall like that found a stuck pcv valve changed it and never did it again. Also since I have had my stall converter in my truck I notice it kind of Boggs down and rpm drops quick when going slow or just touching the gas ever so slightly. I don't know anything I'm just questing here from personal experience lol.

My uncle does transmissions and I just had my Trans rebuilt/beefed up and he said the only real problem with the transfer cases is something inside flexes and overtime it rubes a hole in the casting/case. So he takes them apart checks everything out and installs some sort of plate inside to prevent that. Maybe that helps u.

For what 98% of guys use their trucks for on here its not needed.

-

Very interesting just called Pcm for less and they said the same thing. That once u put your fan patch in that you can not drive unless u hook ur fans up. Learn something new everyday.
-
Yes I agree with you 100 percent lol. I'm new to all this and it didn't even make since to me. The guy told me that when they put the path in there it controls other relays and the vehicle will actually start on it's own at any time lol . And coul possible burn up the harness without them hooked up. I don't no but I'm going to call pcm for less today and ask them what they think.
Thanks

I just bought a whipple 2300 ax and I'm not using the whipple tronics. There some sort of vac module on the bottom side. I was told I have to bypass that module In order for it to work right. Called whipple tech support today twice and there no help the guy was ignorant as can be and ended up hanging up on him lol. Does anyone have any info on how to do this or have some sort of diagram I can go off off?
Thanks any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was told by the tuning shop I'm going to use that once you add a fan patch to the PCM that you can not drive the truck with out installing the fans first? Is this correct? Sounds kinda goofy to me lol.

I'm thinking about taking my truck to rpm perfromance in new castle Delaware to get a live tune done. Has anyone heard of this place if so any good results?
Thanks

I tried to also get mine from there but as you said it's not available anymore. I seen them online from like a aftermarket company. Best bet is to just get it rebuilt. That's what I'm doing to mine.
