Yeah, the tail wind kicks up in the afternoon sometimes. Super Chevy is March 23rd (my b-day) through the 25th. I'll be racing with another bracket association there on Feb. 3rd and 4th.

This best is only temporary as my Zippy Tune is on the way, but on Saturday I ran a 14.080 on the brakes, trying not to break out on my 14.19 dial. I couldn't believe it. I was happy about the time even though I lost the race. I think it was a freak tailwind. Oh well...

That 14.4 and 14.5 were with my rookie fiancee behind the wheel. I got 3 passes in on saturday and 4 on sunday. My best of the weekend was 14.195 at 91.30 mph. Best 60' was 1.885 and best 1/8 mile was 8.858. I'm a little upset about no 13.99 but overall, I'm very happy with the overall gain as well as the consistency. If the consistency holds up, I should have another championship year!

All loaded and ready to go! I can't wait! With the frigid temps, a 13.99 is a great possibility. If I can't do it tommorow, I give up!

Get a TC...Trailblazer or at least 2600 other brand. You'll be glad you did!

If I understand your post correctly, you currently don't have a tune. You really need to get a tune to make any of the things you have done work properly. Great times without a tune, however!

Lucky! That's also a "race car"only test and tune that day. I was invited by the track but I can't make it. As for Saturday, I picked up the motorhome today, put my new t-stat in, and filled up the truck with VP C12...Just can't wait to get there! This off-season has been loooonnnng for me! Let's go guys! Get this thing together!

Mines's just a race truck now and rarely leaves the driveway. It basically goes from the driveway to the trailer to the dragstrip.
