IMO there should be a national law against cell phones. U should only be allowed to have hands free cell phones in a car. too many times I've had runs ins with cell phone people. Drives me crazy and I'm not on the roads as much as others as I work from home lol. Crazy people out there

reliable cars. I still got my 1995 Gran Prix SE I bought after I got the SS to drive to work. I've put over 80K miles so far and she is still going(knock on wood).

Yeah I hate to see her go, but I've got plans to get my dream car and I'm still paying on the SS. The divorce forced me to refinane the truck last year to get my ex's name off the loan/title so I'm basically tired of paying on the SS. I originally financed it for 7 years(stupid of me) but it would have been paid off next year, but now I'm 2 years away rom paying her off. I can't believe I've lost interest in modding her but I think i'm tired of having a payment. I'm going to drive my car and save up for a year or so until I decide on what I want next. I really want a Z06 but that might change. The new CTS-V(LS7 supercharged) is appealing plus it's a 4 door. The buyer is already a member of the site. His user name is supajut. I'll still be around to chat with you guys. maybe sometime down the road I'll get another SS and build it for fun.

just another useless item for most people. there's enough worthless gadgets out there IMO. I had the internet on my new cell phone but cancelled that. Screen too small and too much a PITA to use. Touch screen scroll. I like my 15.6 inch screen on my laptop. any smaller is a waste for me. I don't need a 10" screen or whatever they offer. I use to buy all the new stuff but thank god I've grown up. I wasted so much money on the "newest thing". No more. I don't even use a mp3 player. why my gym plays music and has tvs on the cardio machines. the world would be better off without these useless things. I'm also against people text while they drive. I text but not while I drive. A phone doesn't need to do a million things that cause people not to pay attention to the road. Ok I'm off my soap box lol

make sure you charge a fuel surcharge, customer charge and a net receipts surhcarge. Oh don't forget the EPA surcharge and polution surcharge. With those a ride would cost a customer $5 million. With these fees the plane would pay for itself in 1 min haha

never going to happen. Our goverment can't even get it's agencies to talk to each other(FBI, CIA & all others). no way they could get all these other groups to share info with them and actually report it correctly. Our goverment SUCKS @ss

for $5.99 I'll try it. Little C is alright but not the greatest. the price appeals to me more than anything. Those pizzas are 2 meals for me so $2.50 per fast food meal is great I love papa johns pizza the most but $15 for a pizza is just crazy high. they add all kind of fees around here

I read over the thread again and it needs updated. I've some problems with the spedo. It gets stuck a few times during the year. It only does it a few times so I've never had it replaced. It seems like cold weather causes this. The spedo will not go down fast enough so it reads wrong till I turn teh truck off/on a few times to get it back down to zero. I don't think the spedo or guage cluster is going out but I need to list the potential problem. Also I had to search to find the post I started last summer when I replaced 2 wheel studs on the driver side front hub. After I repalced them, the front hub started making some noise. The responses I got in the post was maybe the bearing was going out. looks to be a $150 fix with a new hub/bearing from autozone. Here's the main post on the subject: possible hub problem estimate cost to replce bearing/hub post: Part # and cost to fix if needed to be There is also one door ding on the driver side rear door. It was parked in my buddies neirborhood and I think some kids hit the side with their bike. Rims also have marks from when the tires were installed plus a few marks from a curb. Good news the rims are the centerline ones with the high polish so it's possible to sand down the marks and polish them again to look like new. I had planned on doing that this summer if I still had the truck. The body has the normal wear and tear of a vehicle 7 years old I guess. I think it's in great shape for it's age. She hardly ever had any door marks till I moved into an apartment complex at the end of 2007 so now she has a few. I've used zaino products on the paint and that stuff will go with the sale of the truck if she is purchased. I'll try to post some pics in the coming weeks if it stops raining. you should be able to find what I call a high mile SS for 12-13K. anything with 125K miles should be easy to get in your price range. Just make sure to check on known issues with these trucks like trans, front diff & gauge cluster. Ask about service records and any issues they owner has had with it.

Not really. All years seem to have most of the same problems depending on models(AWD/RWD).
