mine blows HOT air when it feels like it then it sometimes cools off but never gets cold like it should. also doesnt feel like it blows as hard as it should either.

looks good man, the color matching is awesome. might take you a bit to get used to the new color but i think youll end up liking it better than the silver

i never had any problems installing LT's on my 2003 4x4, didnt have to remove the driveshaft putting them in from the bottom at all. never even thought about it really, didnt have any clearance issues at all.

get a custom tune...thats next on my list

i had a granatelli MAF sensor on my 2003 5.3L...couldnt really justify that it improved hp/tq, milage, etc. because i never got the truck dynoed before/after. some people say they work and some say they dont. without getting a dyno run in before and after the install theres not much way to tell. maybe if you incorporated it with a custom tune it might help somewhat throttle body spacer on the other hand....doesnt help anything, just a waste of 50-100 bucks. and unless you have the stock fan and shroud on your truck with an aftermarket intake it will just make the tube hit the shroud and possibly even the fan. only thing that little piece of metal does it make a cool whistling sound under throttle.

whoever gave that guy access to a webcam needs to be shot...

yeah, bein in tx sure doesnt make things easy to keep cool but my 03 silvy never had a problem with it, always blew ice cold. ill dig into the dash and fix the blender door and if that doesnt work idk whats next. i just cant take the heat with no a/c anymore, that leather gets HOTTT, haha. haha, make someone else sit in the heat...i like that idea all except for not getting to drive my truck. ill be looking into replacing that part tomorrow. still cant figure out why it isnt getting as cold as it should on the side that does get cool.

i discovered something new...its only blowing hot from the vents that face the driver, the 2 passenger vents blow whatever it is set on. still doesnt blow 60* or anywhere close but it doesnt blow heat on the passenger side unless the temp is higher

ill look into that tomorrow morning...is there any way i can find out if thats what my problem is without just replacing it? by the way killer HID kits youve got, i plan on ordering some next pay day!

Im sure there has already been a post about this or someone with this problem but my a/c is blowing nothing but HOT air right now. Sometimes it will blow somewhat cool but even with it on max and set to 60* it still isnt cold at all and it doesnt seem to blow as hard as it should. I have no idea whats wrong with it, i have already recharged the cooling system and it reads normal on the gauge. With the temps iin the 100*+ range every day i cant handle this crap much longer. Anyone have a clue as to what it could be? Im pretty sure i can hear when the compressor kicks on so i dont think that its that. I just need to get something figured out quickly. Thanks Zach

im not a big fan of the exhaust note at idle but once he steps on it it sound amazing....beast of a car, i want one!

haha, makes it easy to know who to thank if you like it. so im guessing thats a company thing when you order the TC's, they just stamp in the name of the customer? i havent really studied TC's all that much, im hoping zippy can point me in the right direction when he gets around to my cam recommendation.

i used to be into the hand held tuners too until i joined the site, now the guys have got me hooked on getting a custom tune. ill be making the drive down to houston to see charlie for a street tune in the next month or so. forget everything youve read or heard about the hand helds and just get the custom tune, especially with one of the vendors so close

i like how they stamped your name into the TC, thats pretty cool.

from where you can unbolt the factory pipes (after the manifolds and after the cats) it shouldnt be hard to maneuver the sections around the cross member. if im thinking right you should be able to just unbolt the pipes from the manifolds on both sides then on the pipe that crosses over from the drivers side there should be a band style clamp and on the passenger side pipe its just a 2 bolt ball flange connection. but whatever is easier for you, if youre not planning on using the pipe for anything or selling it cut it where ever you want to. just my .02, hope it helps. make sure to get some exhaust vids up after the install
