  1. Depending on your future power goals of the truck, you may want to look at doing/purchasing a really well built 60/65 trans or the 80 swap. Depending on your future power goals of the truck, you may want to look at doing/purchasing a really well built 60/65 trans or the 80 swap.
  2. One of the other sites I was on, some of the venders would donate MISC. parts or accessories they specialize in to the site and their would be somewhat of a drawing once a month. What the site would do is start a thread on what is being given away and whomever was interested would post once on the thread to enter. The only catch is, the winner has to pay for any addition costs, and or shipping. Hell I won a tubular crossmember the first month I was a member on that site.
  3. Why do you prefer roots? IMO if your stuck on roots I would just go with a KB. Yea I was on 5 lbs, headders, full exhaust, e-fans, plugs, 180* t-stat, and the P1. I made 449rwhp and 476ftlbs. I have a pic of the numbers but its a pic of the screen with the numbers on it.
  4. I don't mean "Huff" the exhaust but there is a distinct smell from burning oil.
  5. WOW!!!!!!! How about someone tell me why LAMBO's are AWD and have different width tires? Honestly man you CAN run different width tires as long as the overall height is the same. It won't cause any damage. Their is even about a 2-3% tolerance for differance in gears . You could get away with a 4:11 ration in the rear and run a 4:10 in the front. Will it cause long term issues? Possibly. As with any modification we do to our trucks. I think its a cool Idea and I know it will work.
  6. I just had to ask the obvious. No offense. Then your truck has got to either be leaking it or burning it. Maybe do a compression check if you dont find any substantial visual leaks underneath. Have you sniffed the exhaust?
  7. Is their any actual proof of better 60' times?
  8. How many qts are you using when you change your oil for the initial fill?
  9. Why not a set of cal- tracks? Or some of the 4wd guys use a shackle on the X-member, and a traction bar? I think I am going to buy a set of cal tracks for now, but later on I want to possibly go to bags and a 4 link.......
  10. DONE!!!!!!!! Your gonna eat me up outa the hole if you can hook................ Maybe I wont hook you up with a set of rims until after

  14. Still waiting on parts. I will not order parts from the local speed shop ever again!!!!!!!!! I am tired of being jerked around! I am looking for one or 2 shops to get my parts from? Any ideas? Thanks.
  15. I was under the impression that the only difference is the angle that the HB rod sits at. I was under the impression that you could just drill a new hole?
  16. Still waiting on Parts..................... Only cool stuff I've recieved so far and the SS Sills, and a bunch of LED's........

  19. Well I cant tell you at the moment that I don't rub, my truck doesn't move at the moment, so i can't really road test it. But that is the current setup I have on my truck right now.
