its alive!!!!!!!!!!!!!! heres first fire up. truck is pig rich so time to star tuning. i had 2 fuel leaks and my coil pak harness's for the 2 step were backwards besides that no major issues. just have to go over my injector circuit

PI or yank, Transgo HD are only real options. TCI might be ok for old vehicles but not worth a damm for us. remember you get what you pay for when you buy a convert. you pay 300 bucks dont expect the same results as the PI would -
i have a based in there now. as for running im still wiring up the extras. it takes little bit of time when trying to hide things. next few days it should be up running

Alright guys and girls. I need some assistance that i just have no idea on how to go about it quite yet. I called the insurance company to get insurance on my truck. Im getting the insurance that values your vehicle for what you have in it. This way if anythign would ever happen to the truck its coverd. Now I know about going about it for the parts i have in it. But how do you put a price on all the fab work? I know if a shop did it then you show reciepts but I built this truck and have no idea how much time i have into it. So im asking you guys for some guidence on how to properly quote my truck. all work ive done to my truck: interior upgrade T56 swap 14 bolt lowerd the cladding Turbo kit harness modifaction assembling of motor Fuel system im sure theres more work into my truck that ive done but just looking for some insites thanks everyone

LPE 2 step yupp....as for times no idea honestly. Id like to run a clean 11 then go from there. right now i just want to enjoy truck again.

alright guys some clean final pics. last few days just been banging out the little things. taking today off to go racing then back at the little things tomorrow. So far waterpump works, 02s read, Fans work, 40psi oil at cranking. no leaks so far.

My T56 is a D&D viper spec one. as zippy stated gearing is a must. with my 30" tall tire i run 488s. with a height of an SS tire 488 would work as also. im at 2200 rpms at 70 mph with this gear. honestly you cant even notice the short gear. -

the swap can be done for less then a built 60e but if you go the route i went then you could have the same as built 60 and converter. its not hard to do at all. as for clutch holding on kelly's truck not sure why it didnt hold. -
so i made some more progress tonight and did alot of test fit and mock upso wheres my radiator hoses? can anyone point them out look mom i didnt have to cut my fender well ok so do i win the award yet for most detail?

as stated above a inperson tune if hte tuner knows what he isdoing is hands down a better tune. a mailorder if done by a good tuner will make the vehicle safe and have some gains to it over previously none tuned. no tuner wants his name to be branded bad. there are tuners however that plain old are horrible and shoudlnt touch a PCM. One was previously mentioned. a in person tuner can make the vehicle alittle more aggressive since he sees what is going on with the vehicle as he tunes it. and yes by doing this it will probably be faster then a vehicle with more mods and mailorder

I do have a turbo blanket just it wasnt on the turbo in thos pics. for the coating thats just HI-High temp black paint. i think its from DEI. i put several coats on it. if it holds great if not ohwell. i did it so wouldnt keep rusting. as for the EBC a member from a local shop referred that to me. he had good luck with it so im gong to give it a try. and thanks for the kind words. i do take pride in doing all the fab work myself

today finished up welding my turbo exhaust. im still waiting on summit for my V clamp. i still have to add a hanger to it and tips. next week ill start my 2.5 wastegate exhaust. the wastegate exhaust will follow the 4" till it needs to exit then it will step up to a 4" tip. that way i have the look of dual 4" exiting my truck. exhaust is 4" aluminize mild steel. I know i should use stainless but truck wont be driven in weather since its a toy and not a my DD. maybe down the road ill redo it in stainless

my computer is in that tray next to the charge pipe. i used a s10 pcm tray for my silverado. drilled to holes in the tray and it bolts in place of where battery was

ya i quit with truck for a few months. i was pissed off with whole situation. then i got tired of ppl constantly talking about my truck. not to mention i was working long hours and when i did have time i played with the camaro. now camaro is where i want it for now. time to play with truck and get that horse moving. i cant have two dead dogs in the garage for winter. i need one mobile and truck is closest. so its possible thsi weekend it might fire.

i plan to run my setup on E85. I have motron #60s. fuel system is returnstyle. I was wondering if anyone could help me out on setting up my base tune so i can least fire. I did a search and didnt find exactly what i needed. im not asking for someone to tune my ride just lend some advice to point me in right direction bascially which tables need adjusted and how for the E85, setup will also be using meth if that means anything. combo is 8.8cr 4.8, ported fast, PT88, 230/235 .598/.601 115+1, fed with -8 return with -6. using twin 340s. 3 bar map I have Hptuners and will be using a 3bar SD tune thanks in advance __________________

well its been some time. i bought a project camaro and been playing with that. now i finally got bit by the bug again to work on truck. ive done some clean up work here and there but past few days ive been running my fuel system. here are the pics twin 340s using -6 into a Y block then feeding with -8. return is -6 i plan to order the tubing for exhaust tonight so it might be up and running real soon....Memphis??????????? just maybe
