GI.SS
alright just ordered a Holley High Rise Intake from summit racing along with the required fittings and hose for the fuel rails and crossover. Last night i chased all the threads in the heads i bought. I will be cleaning them up this weekend.Tomorrow yields another productive day. Supposed to meet Sean to trade him my chrome 20's for his 22's and also meet Rich to pickup some stock steel wheels. I will post up some pics tomorrow afternoon and as parts come in. GI.SS
Been very busy lately.... new wheels And here are some of Sean and I And here are some more parts Iv acquired. I still have a lot on order. 16's for slicks and a lighter front wheel setup. 90 TB for the Holley High Rise whenever it shows up. some LEDs and what I ended up with. I still obviously have some hot spots I need to adjust. Still have to finish the AC control, rear view, and DS door switch. hopefully I can finish up the LEDs tomorrow along with painting the grills gloss black and air ducts semi gloss black along with the Bowtie. And I hope sometime this week I can mock up the 16's to see how they fit

GI.SS
ohhh yeaaa ;) i have some off brand spindles. i forget by who actually. but if i cant get the 16 on there then i already have a buyer and ill just grab 2 17" fronts. wish I would have gotten 15" rears as used tires are sooooo easy to find. but i have these so they will have to work. powell
I was referring to your 22's. just read that they are 330's in your sig. I bought the same wheels a few months back and just put them on, without a doubt one of my favorite wheels

BattleAxeSSS
quick question...what did the 243's come off of? Also, what injectors did you end up going with? Im asking because depending on what the heads came off of, you might consider getting them milled, which isnt expensive at all, and would give you a boost in CR. GI.SS
came off of a TBSS. they should jump me a point in compression in stock form. iv thought about getting them milled but with my cam, dynamic compression is getting up there and running pump gas is the only option.I know I can run more compression and have them milled but right now i just dont think im gonna do it. i will be running these the way they are for a little while until i order a new 408 shortblock and send these heads and intake out to AI to get ported and have a custom cam ground all at one time. I went with the LS9 / LSA injectors i picked they up for dirt cheap with low low miles and they flow 56lbs @ 65 psi which will allow me to use them when I outgrow and upgrade my cam / heads. They are just shorter than truck injectors and have a different clip. But since im using aftermarket rails, it wont be an issue
