  1. Picked the cover up last night. Everything went smooth with the transaction and the cover looks great. Thanks man!
  2. Interesting project. Looks like you're doing awesome work!
  3. I appreciate it. Let me know when you come up with something. Hopefully we could come up with something doable.
  4. Hey man. I sent a pm a while back. Just making sure you've seen it.
  5. Mine is my DD, so it has them. I like the look better without them, so if I did a show or a cruise-in, or whatever, I would take them off when I get there. The flaps look better than f'd up runners and mud splatters, so they're on the truck 90% of the time. If you only drive on nice roads in nice weather, I'd say leave them off. If you do any driving in the rain or snow, or on unpaved/crappy roads, I'd suggest you do your paint a favor and put them on.
  6. Hate to hear this Sent from my SCH-R830 using Tapatalk
  7. One good thing about livin in the sticks. This kind of crap hardly ever happens....but when it does, it gets back to you pretty quick.
  8. Sent one your way Sent from my SCH-R830 using Tapatalk
  9. Would definitely be sweet if he could bring it out this way. I've never tried shipping something like that myself, but I tend to agree that it would probably be pretty high. If you want to check into that, and with your cousin though, I'd appreciate it. I have a guy that is interested in the topper that's on my truck, so I'm hoping I can get enough out of it to get this, and come close to breaking even. Sent from my SCH-R830 using Tapatalk
  10. Damnit. Just bought an Arrival Blue SS today. It has an old man topper that I'm going to either sell or trade and get one of these. Would have been nice to just drive over and pick this up, since you're local. Oh well...
  11. I'd be interested. Dunno if you want to ship it though, or how much that would even be, lol... If so, would you pm the price shipped to 26301?
  12. Just saw this post. I hope Andrew B. is back up and at it soon. Sending prayers your way man.
  13. I was able to position my wheel enough to use a socket with an extension to take out the bolt that holds the unit in. After the bolt was out, I was able jack up the tire enough to release the stress, then the entire unit came out in one piece. Once it was out, I used a flathead on the secondary, then could manually loosen the cable enough to remove the unit from the wheel/tire. Definitely wasn't happening in an emergency situation on the side of the road. Sent from my SCH-R830 using Tapatalk
  14. I thought Herter was retiring from PCMforless. He used to do a good bit of work out this direction too. Bonestock04ss, When you do your build, if you want performance trans fluid to go with the performance trans, hit me up. I'm a T-1 certified AMSOIL dealer. Sent from my SCH-R830 using Tapatalk
  15. I've had good success with AMSOIL. I liked it enough to become a dealer, so I could get it cheap for myself and my friends. I've sold to a few prople on here too and never had any complaints, lol. If you'd like me to get you a quote, shoot me a PM. Sent from my SCH-R830 using Tapatalk 2
  16. I'm related to several ranking officers from the Civil War. The only one that I would really consider "famous" is Gen. Thomas "Stonewall" Jackson. He was a cousin through the Jackson/Cunninghams on my mother's side. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stonewall_Jackson Ronald Reagan is also a distant relative. My last name, Elza, started off as Elsey, and was changed through a gramatical error, after my Great (x6) grandfather and grandmother passed away while my Great (x5) grandfather was a child. His care was signed over to the Coberly family, and when the papers were signed, the name was listed as Elza, which stuck from then on. President Reagan's Grandmother, through his mother Nelle's side, was Mary Ann Elsey, who decended from the same Elsey family in England. http://www.archives.com/genealogy/president-reagan.html
  17. I've sold to him on a couple different occasions now, and he's kept good contact and paid promptly each time. Couldn't ask for a better customer! Thanks man!
  18. Always used M1 too until switching to AMSOIL. I became a dealer to pass on the savings too. If anyone wants a quote, let me know. I'm definitely not trying to get rich off of it, lol.
  19. Go ahead and get the Vette Servo. I'll get mine out of the basement and we can have an install party, lol.
  20. That's pretty sweet. Something like that around here would do pretty well!
  21. Circle D FTW. Best deal and customer service you will get. Chris is a class act before and after the sale!
