  1. I did this on my tbss. I haven't looked in to doing it on the SSS yet though. I cant imagine it woupd be a whole lot different.
  2. The Severe Gear 75W90 is what you want. It'll work in both, the front, and the rear differentials and doesn't need an additive.
  3. I'm with Jason. AMSOIL in everything. I sent you a PM with some information about the Severe Gear 75W90 that we use in both, the front and rear diffs.
  4. I knew exactly what it was on the TBSS, because all I had were 4-5. The one on the truck freaked me out at first though, because it only had 5, which was on constantly.....even when the truck was turned off, lol. I had to disconnect the battery everytime I parked for a few days until I figured it out and picked up the part.
  5. yeah, the blower resisters are prone to blow. I had to replace the one in both, my truck, and my old tbss. Good news is they are cheap and only take about 15 minutes to change out start to finish...
  6. I would have never thought of the 45th anniversary Camaro style hood either. Looks good!
  7. I regretted selling my Silver Birch 05. I traded back into my Arrival Blue 03 about 4 months later.
  8. Autotrader only has one Silver Birch on it right now, and it's in Chandler, AZ. I traded in my SBM in back in Feb. Would have rather sold it to a good home.
  9. Your dog wants to go out, lol. Looks good man!
  10. Hopefully so. I sent them a message to see if they would trade the s/c setup for my stock setup and possibly a little boot, but they didn't respond, LMAO. I figured they couldn't do anymore than tell me no. I haven't been down that way lately, but if I am, I'll stop and check it out myself. Maybe at least get some better pics.
  11. Not mine, but I thought I'd share, incase someone was looking http://www.theautoexpo.com/vehicle_details.cfm?vehicle_id=82716 Why they listed it so dirty is beyond me. It looks decently clean in the pics my buddy sent me. It has 107K. The Whipple is one of the older side mounts. They have it listed on the auto expo for $15,995, but they told him they would take $13,500. Their contact information is in the listing. I tried to email them and send them a message on FB with some questions and they weren't returned, so if interested, you will probably want to call them. Weston is almost in the exact middle of WV.
  12. "Sucking it up" is usually the worst thing you can do. It's exactly what I tried for a long time, and the repression caused just as much damage as the actual events. If you ignore your issues, they basically cook inside your head up until the point they boil over. When that happens, is when you end up doing stupid things to either yourself, your loved ones, or other people. One good thing that Blown 346 has going for himself, is he is at the point where he realizes he can't deal with his issues on his own, and that he is willing to seek help from other people, which is exactly what he needs to do.
  13. Prayer can be a powerful thing. I'll keep you and your family in ours. I work with the disability office and have seen, first hand, the effects of PTSD. I battle with schizoaffective disorder myself, which produces similar symptoms to PTSD, so I know how overwhelming these types of things can be. I think 1BadNtmd8r's advice is sound about trying to do things with your family and go places that you haven’t been to attempt to build new, and positive memories. I don’t know what kind of financial situation you are in right now, but if it would be possible, you could consider moving to a different place, so that you don’t have to constantly look at the scene of where the traumatic events occurred. I moved away from the place where a lot of negativity from my past happened, and it helped. Not that it makes you forget, which is impossible, but it removes the constant reminders… I know that may not be a financial possibility, and I understand it can be a double sided sword, where on one hand, it does present constant reminders, but on the other hand, your home serves as somewhat of a comfort zone, so what helps one person may not help another. I know with my condition, I become extremely anxious with most any change, so sometimes I have to really force myself to make changes, even when I know they are necessary. I will say though. Even if you would financially be able to do it, if you don’t feel like you are equipped to cope with something as major as moving to another home, then I wouldn’t recommend it. I really hope you are able to get the help you need, in whatever form. I take anti-anxiety medication, which helps with the schizoaffective issues immensely. It will take some work to find out what helps you the most, so don’t become frustrated if, say, the first thing the doctor wants to try doesn’t work. Everyone is different. Some benefit the most from distractions, some medication…some with discussion. What will help you cope the best, could be one thing, or a combination of several. It’s never easy, but hang in there. We’re all pulling for you.
  14. Truck is looking good man. I have your spoiler boxed up and ready to go out, hopefully, Monday!
  15. https://www.amsoil.com/shop/by-product/gear-lube/severe-gear-75w-90/?code=SVGQT-EA GM calls for 4.2 pt, so it would be 2.1qt. The front diff uses the same Severe Gear 75W90 and would take another 3.4-3.6pt, so 4qt would do both. If you would like to try some out, let me know. I could probably ship it to your door for around the same price or a little cheaper than you could get it from a retailer there.
  16. I have a silver birch metallic one. Let me know if you're interested.
  17. Thanks Alan. And I'm really missing the track right now. I pushed the car till it finally let go at about 150k this past summer. Not bad at all considering how hard I beat on the poor thing. I'm building a 5.3 for it right now. Just going to build it solid and drive it for a while, then slap a turbo on later.
  18. I searched for this here, bud didn't see it anywhere. Just figured I would ad it incase someone else is having trouble resetting their low key fob battery warning... 1.) Close all vehicle doors. 2.) Insert the key into the ignition and turn to the lock cylinder position. 3.) Press and hold the door unlock button. 4.) While holding the door unlock button down, cycle the ignition ON, OFF, ON, OFF. 5.) Release the door unlock button. The doors will lock and unlock to confirm the program mode. 6.) Press and hold the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons simultaneously on one transmitter. After about 15 seconds, the doors will lock and unlock to confirm the programming of the transmitter. 7.) Repeat the previous step to program up to four transmitters. 8.) Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position in order to exit the keyless entry transmitter mode. 9.) Operate the transmitter functions in order to verify correct operation. I also read where someone said they also had to open and close the doors with the truck running too. I didn't have to do that, but you may want to keep it in mind incase you do the 9 steps and it still comes up. Hope this helps.
  19. I'm in Clarksburg, WV. I'm just a couple hours south of Pittsburgh. I may be interested. What is your setup? Any pics and/or sound clips?
  20. I have an arrival blue spoiler. It's not perfect, but if you might be interested, I can send you some pics and figure out a price. I'll have to do some research myself to see what they're worth.
