My friend is selling a brand new set of trick flow heads that I'm interested in. My question is what will it bump my compression to if I put them on my stock lq9? They are tea/TFS 220's with a 65cc chamber. Also what kind of power gain would I be looking at here. Thanks In Advanced.

at my track they actually pull the liner out of my helmet to check dates , lol. but like i said i think its withing 2 years could be a lil longer but not sure.

so if you T the low pressure line do you still need to buy all 3 of those lines or do you just need the one high pressure one from the pump to the hydrobooster ? sorry for all of the questions im trying to get all the parts lined up to do this.

So if you splice the lines you don't got to pull the pump correct?

Lol the reason I put the size turbo I did on my truck is because i want to put down 1k to the wheels not move my power band up lol. And I'll take you for a ride and you can tell me if I have "lag" lol this thing moves out as soon as I stomp it and is hitting full boost in a matter of seconds , way faster then my procharger did anyway. Look you can look at dyno graphs of people doing this swap you speak of and see the power loss it not a matter of being closed minded its facts. Like I said i would put money on it so let me know when you decide to do it.

Because on a stock ish truck you need back pressure to make power. Unless your highly modified and making some serious power you will not benefit for that big of a primary and in most cases will loose power down low dramatically , if you do a simple web search this is a know fact and is nothing new.

All boosted applications will drive like stock till you put your foot into it. I just think your going to be chasing your tail by looking for a different cam instead of addressing the problem. You could sell your blower and jump into something that was designed to put out some bigger power for not that much more , I call it recycling parts. Look around you'll be surprised .for what a new cam and stuff will cost, you could upgrade to a better blower.

I would be looking at getting a bigger better blower instead of a cam honestly cause you just need more boost or more efficient boost... imo

Did you have to remove the power steering pump ?

You will probably need a smaller belt also.

I'm towing my truck down to Vegas to get tuned by zippy and figured while I was there I might as well run at the track and hang out with mike. Any body else down to show up or maybe even travel a lil bit to come? Oct4th they are having a test and tune and some kind of street race event that night maybe one of you guys that have been to one of these events can tell me what it is about?
