my bracket never was mounted when i bought it new. i have the bracket still in the plastic just in case it needs to be mounted. i have not been stopped YET, but my come back would be, how many late model Vetts, Vipers have you seen with front plates

i saw a post a while back not here i believe, and stated that they drown like a mother. was compared to a blowmaster..but it could just be someone who was disappointed in the sound. Corsa = no drown..and they did.

if your going to run duals dumped like that, off set the the mufflers by about 1/3 and don't wield them together. when off set, it give a space for the frequency somewhere to go. about 90% if it goes out the top and bottom of the muffler, so if the frequency has no where to go except to be trapped between the 2 mufflers and resonates even worse. also by offsetting them will cut down your in cab noise by at least by 50%. this will work with any dual muffler setup either dumped or with tail pipes...

now that is with out a doubt..

do they make a air locker for the front diff i know a couple years back there was talk of them for most type of vehicles. may be something to look into.. found this.. http://www.arbusa.com/air_locker.php.

on older ones, there use to be a data tag on one of the diff. bolts. larger trucks had a tag mounted on the case with rivets. you can jack it up, and rotate the tires and count drive shaft rotations but it will only be close. last pull the cover, and count ring gear teeth, and pinion teeth, and do the math.. good luck

i have had the XM since 03 and i like it. same as most here, i live out where there is only a few radio stations so you don't get much choice. the ones you hear most come from south of the border.. i have made quite a few trips cross country, and it sure is nice, driving Thur the mid west and not having to listen to the Rev.
