For my High beams...Should I go with 55w or 35w?

I don't have a red ss but I do have a silver birch ss. I am pretty sure I see your truck all the time on my way home from work on pleasant valley.

Where is everyone mounting there add on navigation units? I am thinking about purchasing the add on to my head unit, but I am not sure where it will be mounted. Also as anyone leaving the GPS antennas in the dash? DDM HIDs...Is anyone buying the ballasts brackets? Where are you moutning the ballasts? I am thinking about changing out my HIDs for lights that match and currently the ballasts are just thrown in the side by the fenders (wonderful shop work). Thanks Jason

That is the problem I am having right now...While I was getting my stereo worked on the guy at the shop threw in some DRL LED bulbs. They are not bright at all. I think they only have 18 LEDs. I was wanting to try something with more LEDS to see if they are brighter...What would you sugguest running? Also, What bulb goes under the side mirrors?

Which buld is the DRL for an 05 SS? Also does anyone know what resistor kit to go with for LED turn signals? Thanks Jason

The porting I was looking as was from completestreetperformance. They don't take out the supports in the middle so I would hope its still as strong. Should I just port the throttle body?

I have a tbss intake and throttle body sitting in my garage. Has anyone heard any information good or bad regarding portion and polishing the tbss intake for the sss? Should I have port mine before I install it? Thanks Jason

Yes it is possible. I just had my controls hooked back up. One of the pinned threads in the radio section has a link to what adapter you can use.

What about CDT HD62 components. Anyone heard how these sounds?

Hi guys. I've had my crystal components and Memphis plate speakers for numerous years now and have held up great until late. My first question is has anyone used or heard focal speakers? How are they? I am also thinking of maybe doing two sets of components up front in the door and q logic kick panel. Has anyone done this set up and how do they like it? For the rear. Has anyone cut the hole in the door bigger to fit a 5 inch speaker? Thoughts on doing this? Thanks in advance. Jason

What do your DRL's look like during the day? You can't even see that mine are on in the day which sucks.

Is anyone here running LED bulbs as their DRL's? I got some for free the other day at my stereo shop and I am not sure that I like them. Mine are not that bright. I can't even see that they are on in the reflection of the cars infront of me at a stop light. Is anyone else's like this?

I want to do a dark headliner in my truck, but not until I can find dark sunviser brackets, etc. Some of the parts I think I will try plasti dip. Does anyone know where I can find the sunvisor brackets in gray or will the Plasti Dip work on those brackets also?

The injectors I have are the stock tbss injectors. I also have a TBTC. Maybe I should skip the heads and just get a bigger cam. Would the 220 220 cam work with the ls6 springs? This is my daily driver also.

I am currently getting my TBSS intake and throttle body ported and wanted to get a mild cam with the install also. What I am wondering is if I can get heads for a decent price also should I? I am looking for something fun to drive as a daily driver. Only thing I tow is two jet skis and a small trailer with ATV. Ported TBSS inntake and throttle body LS2 timing chain LS6 valve springs Hardened push rods 212/218 low lift cam Possible 243 heads? Opinions? Thanks for the help.

My high is 300. My high series is an 802 without a 300.

I'm thinking about replacing my dual flow master 40 set up with these. How was the performance gain if any?
