  1. I'm selling a Diablosport Predator handheld tuner. Used it for maybe 2 months. Model # U7193 Chevrolet Silverado 4.8L, 5.3L, 6L, 8.1L 2004-2005 Asking $300
  2. I'm selling a Granatelli Mass Airflow Sensor that I took off of my 05 GMC Sierra before I traded it in for the SSS. I had it on the truck for maybe a month. It's practically brand new. Model # 350115-C 1999-06 Cadillac / Chevrolet / GMC Truck/SUV (Not Vans) - 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, 8.1L, 4.3L Full Size - Black w/Cold Air Tuning Asking $200
  3. Here are some pics of the truck for those who may have missed it or are confused. It's an 07 but it's exactly the same as the 06. The cover is a Roll-n-lock. It does not retract automatically. I like the look of the Gaylord Speedstur better, but I chose function over form. This cover doesn't limit me to what I can put in the bed.
  4. Yep. Came like that from the factory. Remember, I have an 07, which they call the "Classic" SS. Here is a pic: http://www.silveradoss.com/forums/index.ph...pe=post&id=4085
  5. Thinking about swapping out the my rear sliding window for the single pane window. The solid window look so much cleaner. I assume this is possible. What would it cost?
  6. I"ll eventually find some wheels that really jump out at me. I'm waiting to see the Foose Speedster's on a black SS. Another forum member has them and should be posting pics soon.
  7. It should also come with a SC from the factory
  8. yeah....i hate MIA. Anyawys Im going to Spain (north) with my family. Cant wait I may be pick up a camera right before to take pics <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I can help you! Check your PM's in a few.
  9. How do you like your 2/2 drop? Does it ride well? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Rides like stock, but handles a little better. From I've heard, spindles are definitely the way to go. Others have used keys, but it changes the ride quality. I'm looking forward to installing some sway bars to eliminate the roll and make the truck tighter.
  10. I think the 2/3 is as close to level as you can get.....within a 1/2 inch.
  11. If I don't see you then, have a safe trip. Are you flying out of MIA?
  12. Do you use your truck to tow? I ask because I was told you lose some towability if you drop the rear more than 2". That's why I'm hesitant to lower the rear any more than that. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Nah the truck never tows i have a van for that, i barely even drive it. Bassically i baby it and dont let it lift anything heavy lol. I think the 2/2 looks fine but ive seen the 2/3 and it does look lower from the back. Gives it a really good look <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I agree. The 2/3 does look great. I think the natural rake on mine is like 1.5". I really like the leveled out look though.
  13. So you had the chrome lip painted? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I hope not.... why dont you ask one of the photoshop gurus to put on a black truck. Im sure you can find the black wheels on other peeps trucks (dodge etc) by the way how have you been man? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Been busy. Looking forward to checking out your truck. Are you going to Fudd's tomorrow night?
  14. Do you use your truck to tow? I ask because I was told you lose some towability if you drop the rear more than 2". That's why I'm hesitant to lower the rear any more than that.
  15. I used the Belltech 2" spindles in the front and 2" shackles in the rear. If I'm not mistaken, to get 3" in the rear you need either the leaf packs or you can do 1" shackles and 2" hangers. I just posted some pics of my 2/2 in the General SS section.
  16. 2" spindles and 2" shackles. I might look into swapping out the 2" shackles for 1" and adding 2" hangers to get a more level look. Tell me what you think.
  17. i am located between the broward and dade areas, in hallandale beach, fl. i did the work myself, kelley performance at kelley chevrolet <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The folks at Kelly Chevrolet do great work. They fixed my tie-rod issue and re-aligned the truck perfect. In addition to that, I made a great contact with John. He really knows his stuff. The delaership where I bought my truck is 2 miles from my house. Kelly Chevrolet is 30 miles from my house and will be the only place I will ever take my truck to from now on. Did I mention the have a dyno!
  18. Those BF tires look awesome. I haven't seen them on an SS yet.
  19. no it will only cost $5,800 im thinking maybe some nittos, possibly the BFG KDW2. anyone have any sugestions? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> If I'm gonna go off, might as well go off. I can think of another $1000 worth of goodies to go with that SC.
  20. I know that "drive" is gonna cost me like 7 grand Are you considering swapping out the tires? If so, what tires are you looking at?
  21. Truck looks great, John. You still owe me that ride.
  22. Kelly Chevrolet. US1 just off of Pembroke Road in Hollywood. They fixed what another aftermarket installation shop screwed up on my drop.
