Was a beautiful car. 2000 Chevrolet Impala: Sold 1995 Oldsmobile Aurora: Currently For Sale, $4200 OBO 2003 Silverado SS: Best vehicle i ever owned. Both accidents were completely the other drivers fault (turning in front of someone, and slamming their brakes on black ice on a bridge) I was very hard on the first few vehicles i owned. A word of advice: Never give your son/daughter anything nice for their first or even second car, because they will destroy it, especially if its something they arent paying for.We just cant help Atleast thats how i was until i started paying for my vehicles out of my own pocket Oh buy the way, ill be 20 next month. Was a total crap bucket on wheels, me and my Dad nick name dit... "Ghetto Montser" 1987 Buick Grand National -Being repainted with new fiberglass body panels. *Best car I have ever owned, runs like a champ! Best ET was 11.28 @ 123.89 MPH with a 1.67 60', rebuilt, alcohol injected, got a fews nice clicks and whistles under the hood. Future plans include dropping a Stage II Aluminum Block and Twin Turbo setup in it...best ET was run with pump gas and alcohol injection on a set of ET Streets for bracket racing at HRP in Baytown, Texas. I could run it all day and drive it back to the dorm with a tire swap. 2005 Silverado Super Sport -Bought in December 2004 *Amazing truck, I smile every time I get in it. I bought it to haul my GN around, and have a nice looking street truck. I'm thinking black truck, black GN, black enclosed trailer... "I wear my sunglasses at night..." I remember you saying that the 8.1 and the jag were stolen the same day from your driveway. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The insurance company said that for cars such as Jaguars which are suppose to have very sophisticated computers that kill the starter at any attempt to fiddle with wires or the computer, they think that they took the vin of the jag on a scouting trip and used the vin to get a key cut. Apparently thats how some high profile cars get stolen. As for the 8.1, I think they popped the hood from the outside, disabled the alarm that way, then jimmied the door, and obviously knew how to get it started. They say these trucks are not that hard to steal. Insurance or police have not found anything on these two vehicles since they were stolen, so I just too the cheque, and if they find it, it will end up on an auction lot. I'm going to get a kill switch definately put in, on my GM vehicles as they seem pretty easy to steal and onstar is pointless.
