I hope everything comes out well. A friend of mine had a stroke at age 30..he is alive and doing well so a stroke dosen't mean the end of the world especially if you react quickly to it (like you did). Kudos to you for maintaining a clear head and getting help for her. Dave

It has been discussed, however, it is not as simple as swapping heater controls. You have to add other components. I like the looks of the digital control also but I guess I'm stuck with the manual controls as well Dave

I thought you wanted some exhaust that would do battle with some arch-enemy you have. J/K we like ball bustin around here Dave BTW I have true duals which consist of Stainless Dynomax ultraflows and custom bent tail pipes which exit through 2 SS tips in the stock location.

I feel your pain...I'm on my 3rd engine. The first one went due to a clogged catalytic converter. #2 was a bad engine build (last time I let someone else do one for me) and #3 is alive and well at 8psi. I only run 17 degrees max timing with No meth. Good luck Dave

Lowered for 30K miles and SC'd for 15k no problems with half shafts. The dealer will try and get out of fixing shit. Look up the Moss-magnuson act...they have to prove the aftermarket stuff killed your shaft or they pay. See if they black listed you and reinstall your stock spindles and go somewhere else for warranty Dave

Two things...First try the heat, a oxy acetylene torch till cherry red. What I had to do was to find a nut that would fit over it and weld it to the drain plug, then it came out. I tried a Snap-on 6 point wrench and I stripped the f*cker. Good luck Dave

I don't follow either as our radio stations are the same ie 101.9, 102.7, etc. Can you guys get satellite radio? Check out Sirius it's awesome!! Anyhow your radio should work if you turn the lower left knob it should adjust by tenths in odd numbers (.1 .3 .5 .7 .9). Dave

If the seats are power and they recline then I don't know if you will be able to make them fold forward like the stock ones. I wonder if you could make a latch for the tracks that would allow the whole seat to tilt forward. Otherwise the only thing I can think of is to take the sides of the seat apart to see what makes them recline...I would think that to allow them to fold forward then you would lose the recline part. Is there a local upolstory shop that could advise you? Good luck and when you get them in I'd like to see pics (I have a 70 and a elky) Dave

Anybody have a wood pellet or corn burning stove? I just bought one off of e-bay today. One of my buddies has one and I like it. Here in Ohio it gets a little chilly (high of 32 today) and I wanted something to supplement my heat pump. If you don't know about them they run on little pellets of wood that are automatically fed via a auger from a hopper to the fire box. The pellets cost about $5 for 40lbs and they should last about 1.5 days if ran continuously. Anybody have any feedback or tips? I'm gonna pick it up tomorrow night and hopefully get it installed and running also. Later Dave

PM my your address...I have an extra TB and a TAC although you're gonna have to use your throttle blade since mine has a hole drilled in it. I as a honest member of the SS board will trust you to return the stuff if it dosen't fix your problem. Otherwise I will be very charitable in what I want for them. I think I would have had to ram him...people do have balls but they forget there are a lot of people packing nowadays. We have CCW in Ohio and Ky has it too. I was always told if you shoot someone below the waist (nutz) it is assault as opposed to attempted murder if you hit them above it (don't know if it's true or not though). Good luck Dave P.S. It was really nice here today...had wind gusts up to 66mph and the temp dropped from 65 to about 35. I'm a telephone cable splicer and we work outside year round including today. The older I get the more I dread Dec, Jan, and Feb. I sometimes wonder why I just don't move south. Dave
