I have a 2.8" pulley with a 110" belt. I can get the belt on but there is no play in the tensioner at all which is a recipe for disaster. So I'm just going to step up to either 110.5" or a 111" belt. I believe Zippy created a post a long time ago with rough estimate on what belt sizes to use with what pulleys. I just bought a bunch of belts in 1/2" increments, I found the one that gave me about an 1" of play and returned the rest. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Both of our trucks have been down the same amount of time. I think they got trashed the same week. I just gotta figure out this timing thing and I'll be back on the road too. Keep us up to date!
